We enjoyed our time once we got the room situation down. It was spring break week for some families so the place was super busy but that didn't stop one of the gentlemen helping me get into a room that was ready. Thank for a little get away for my kids they enjoyed swimming! It was a little cold for me so the hot tub was my spot.

Housecleaning was great. Rooms very nice and comfortable. All first floor hallways no heat cold. Could not use exercise equipment, was freezing cold in there. No heat controls

No towels in the pool area either night and no towels replaced in our rooms. Lots of car windows smashed in the parking lot overnight too. The pool area is extremely disability friendly, highly recommend for families. Hopefully the hotel will get the other issues figured out.

We checked into our room which was a King with a pull out couch. We pulled out the couch and the linen that was left on it was dirty and had chip crumbs in it. We lifted it up and the mattress had a large red stain on it…..I don’t even want to ask what it was. We asked for new linens and had to go down and get them ourselves and remake the pull out. Our room was on the back side of the building which butted up to the freeway. All I heard all night were semi trucks and motorcycles along with people stumbling around in the hallways yelling at midnight.

the employees were friendly and helpful. this hotel did not have a free breakfast buffet, but a very limited breakfast could be ordered.

The room was missing sheets for the pull out bed the refrigerator did not work the breakfast was trash the customer service was not great at all

Bathtub was full of hair and dirty soap scum. Drain was backed up. Toilet wouldn’t stop running until we wiggled the flusher. Pool and hot tub looked so gross we didn’t dare use them.

The property was great for what we needed and the kids loved the pool area. I wouldn’t call it a lazy River, but more of a whirlpool with water that goes in a circle.

Got the King Suite. There was no bedding for the twin beds upstairs or the pullout couch downstairs. It was explicitly clear in my reservation there would be 5 people staying the night. When I asked about additional bedding I had to go downstairs to the lobby and get it myself. The bedding they threw at me out of a linen closet was dirty, stained and disgusting.

We recently stayed at this property for a weekend getaway with the kids. The pool setup for the kids was nice could use some paint and cleanup to make it look more like the brand new pictures of it they displayed. However the manager came through the pool section yelling and screaming because we had a bottle of water, and rudely yelled at us to throw it away. Then while our stay we had multiple unauthorized manually entered charges made to our card in which we are currently dealing with waiting for our money to be returned. 2/10 would not recommend.

Thank you for your response concerning our property, When I mention about the drinks in our pool area it was loud and because there are 2 signs that says no eating or drinking in pool area and there were multiple water bottles on ground. I was not Yelling or being rude towards anyone but was just letting everyone know there was no eating or drinking in Pool area

This was an interesting two-night stay for our family since there were some really great things about the hotel and also some really not-so-great things about the experience. From the start, we booked this hotel based on the photos of the indoor water park at the facility. We also did not see the negative reviews of this place on Expedia until afterward. The hotel has definitely been renovated recently and in a really good way. In addition, the rooms are larger than average. I don't describe the hotel as "dirty" in general. However, there are signs of minor damage and debris in the room and around the property that take a little bit away from the comfort of the place. But it doesn't ruin what is overall a good hotel. The water park is definitely falling into disrepair. It wasn't as bad as I pictured based on the descriptions I read here. However, it isn't as pictured in the provided photos of the property, either. It's neat and just needs a thorough refreshing to bring back. The most frustrating part of our stay came at the end when we noticed 3 different charges from Holiday Inn totaling about $275 on our debit card. That's on top of the $320 we paid to Expedia at time of booking. The $100 incidental hold still hasn't been refunded two days later, but there is no explanation for separate charges of $113 and $65 from our stay. Even if these are holds, that's a lot! I'm awaiting explanation today.

Poor … paint peeling, no hot water, badly in need of upgrades. Breakfast area was dirty, where coffee was located. Would not stay here again. Kids are was ok but jets not working on the hot tub.

I picked this property to stay at because of the mini water park inside. It was clean, the front desk staff was friendly but the bed was rock hard and the water in the kids section was freezing cold. I'm thankful my child isn't old enough to be disappointed because i would be very upset spending the money specifically for the water park but not being able to use it.

It was average. Couldn’t find the TV remote. Went to front desk. No one there. We’re disappointed with breakfast. They were very busy and it seemed like there was just one person to take care of the dining area. We left and went to McDonald’s, where they even brought our breakfast to our table. Other than that , it’s a nice place to stay. And it’s convenient.
