Everything was fine the young man at check in was great. We checked in late 11:30 pm after traveling all day. We woke up at 7:00am so pounding outside of our window (Saturday morning) there are construction workers talking and laughing loud and pounding hammers. We complained to the front desk, and the let the workers know to stop working. And the did stop working but continue to talk and laugh for another 15 or so minutes. We were exhausted and couldn’t get back to sleep. It was horrible.

Everything was very good - staff, cleanliness, breakfast options. Would stay there again.

Nice hotel, bad free breakfast

We enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the free breakfast. Hot food was cold. Fried eggs were not edible. Fresh fruit bowl was frozen, had not been thawed.

Nice clean hotel , pleasant staff and good breakfast. A little high priced for an older hotel .

Was not as clean as we had expected. A bit outdated as well. Not really worth the price we paid.

Nice Hotel Good Location

Stayed for a competition in Grand Rapids. Easy drive to competition location. Room initially booked by Expedia did not provide enough space for all of us to sleep, even though I specified how many were in the room. Hotel provided a green upgrade for us to correct the mistake. Room was clean and comfortable.

Pleasant bough hotel, but there's no reason window screens cant be kept in good shape for opening during night. Some features of TV remote did not work. Husband hates the pillows. Breakfast is a false promise - items "sound" good, but preformed fake eggs, sad potatoes and microwaved sausages leave me cold. No healthy bread options. Yogurt and thawed frozen fruits were the highlights. Coffee is some of the worst I've ever had in hotel breakfast. It would be so easy to make breakfast better. Overall, rooms are fine and didn't use, but nice to have indoor pool.
