Good hotel location

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have been quite pleased. The hotel and rooms are clean. The staff is always pleasant. On this stay the hotel was full with numerous people in for sports tournaments. It was quite loud with doors slamming all night long. A bit disappointing this time.

Comfortable stay with lots of amentities

The staff was friendly, the room had a nice desk for working, the gym had enough for me to get a solid workout, and the advertised free "light" dinner was actually pretty filling and tasty. I'm headed to the hot tub after I take care of a few things, so I'm sure that will be a perfect end to a busy day. Hopefully tomorrow will go just as well!

Hotel

They ran out of towels in pool area and for in rooms. They cleaned room didn't get any towels. Was put in handicap room and water ran into middle of bathroom floor . Mind you I'm not handicap. Room next to pool was inconvenience very loud. Was on my anniversary of 10 years. Stomping and huge bangs above us. Not enough pillows. Breakfast was good tho and staff was nice.

Decent Facility, Lacks Hospitality

The rooms and facility actually looks like the picture advertisement, but the staff is very rude. We had 6 rooms for the weekend and asked for extra towels for multiple rooms and never received any. No one greets you at the door/front desk. When greeting the staff with a simple “good morning” or “good afternoon,” they don’t even respond. There was one half decent staff member who checked us in, but he was the only one that we encountered. Additionally, the rooms were not very clean. The carpet needed to be vacuumed and the bed sheets were very questionable. Overall, we will be exploring one of the many other hotel options on our next visit.

Les - : Housekeeping shouldn't bother guests on the morning of checkout. Or offer do not disturb signs.
OK hotel for a good price. A $15 taxi ride from the airport and right next to a big Meijer and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable with a fridge, microwave and safe. Don't plan on sleeping in though... the noisy housekeeping crew doesn't know if you're checking out or not and will come knocking 4-5 times before your 12pm checkout. Breakfast from 6:30-9:30 has your basic options and coffee service.

Most places at this price point aren’t very good. However, this place rocks! From the moment we walked in, Rachel made us feel welcome. The room was clean, the pool and hot tub were very nice. Highly recommended!!!

This hotel is in a great location near stores, restaurants, and the freeway. The bed was comfortable. Relatively clean but, there was debris on the bathroom floor and hair in the shower. The staff was welcoming. The not-so-good. It was extremely noisy with banging sounds down the hallway throughout the night ( doors slamming, etc) Parking was horrendous, had to park in the lot behind the actual parking lot. The breakfast was not open when I left at 0600, it opened at 0700. There was no mirror in the living area, just in and near the bathroom. The curtains do not close all the way and there was a bright parking lot light which was shining in the room all night.

We needed a simple hotel for an overnight stay and that’s what we got. Hotel staff seemed annoyed at our presence, walls and rugs were dirty and in bad shape and my son found a pair of dirty socks in his bed...that were not his! Won’t return.

It is Just a Cheap Hotel.

Les - : The towels need to smell better and be cleaner.
Situation : Location is fine. It is a little hard to find because you have to pull off a major road to bet there.
I arrived to check in and the system was down, which I understand happens. At midnight they loudly slid the paper for me to sign the next morning under my door. It was loud and I could hear the hotel staff loudly talking to each other as they did this for other guests. The walls in this hotel are very thin, so expect to either be kept awake or woken up by people walking down the hall, above you, or in my case, the actual hotel staff! The towels smelled funny and did not feel clean. They cleaned my room during the day, but it was always cleaned poorly and like they did the bare minimum. I had a hard time regulating the tempurture in my room, It would either be crazy hot or crazy cold. The breakfast was scarce and not as advertised. This place is fine for a quick night place to stay if you are in a pinch, but I stayed here two nights too long. I would never recommend this hotel. I for sure would not give it the 4.2 rating that it currently has, it is a solid 3. A cheap hotel and you should expect a cheap hotel.
