Not a bad word to say about this property. Made our stay on the Gold Coast a smooth one! Shout out to the team providing breakfast each morning! It was so nice seeing their smiling faces each morning!

Every staff member was friendly. Room was quiet and clean. GF option in dining was fantastic Only complaint would be that the resort was full with attendees for Paul McCartney concert and a shuttle bus would have made it much better for everybody Other than that we enjoyed our one night stay

Peaceful and beautiful location
We attended a conference in Carrera so this was the perfect location, room a bit dated but very comfortable and great King bed. Awesome pool as well but it closes at 10pm which was way too late due to the noise of unruly kids at that hour!! Restaurant was average dinner wise but couldn’t fault the cocktails :) Will def stay here again.

Comfortable and pool is heated , staff very friendly, meals were delicious and not overpriced. However as a smoker I found that the only area you could have a cigarette is via the front entrance to reception which is a bit off putting for guests who don’t smoke and those who do, would certainly consider having another area for the comfort of all your guests. Not to mention safety at night having to walk up there.

Pretty average - not 4 star quality
We were a little disappointed with the 4-star hotel. The entire place it is looking tired. The room was basic and needs a revamp. No bottled water in the room, we had to ask for it. The basin in bathroom had an unpleasant odour, which they corrected the next day with Jonola. We had a few bags but no one to help take them to the room due to lack of staff to help. The bar and restaurant area was stark and boring. They had trouble with their eftpos machine so our visitors couldn’t pay for their drinks. These little hiccups resulted in leaving a day early. Credit to the hotel the did reimburse us the drinks tab upon leaving.

Excellent. Stayed for a few days as a family holiday in the Gold Coast. High standards throughout as to be expected from a Mercure hotel. Heated pool, hot tub particularly on colder evenings was a real treat. Superb facilities throughout with spacious twin room facilities which consisted of 2 double beds. Highly recommend.

It is good place to stay, but the room was not clean as I expected and there was black moulds on the shower and Air-condition filter was dusty. Can provide pictures if need it. Restaurant and bar personnel are friendly and welcoming! Food was delicious! Hope this helps to improve.

It’s a quieter location and not far from all areas in the Gold Coast of interest but you do need a car which we knew when booking. An indoor pool would have been nice and an adult only spa at a hotter temperature, didn’t take kindly to the one and only time I had a spa and little kids were splashing and jumping in it with no sight of a parent. Food options are limited but enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. Overall, rooms could use an update and made more homely. There’s no decor plus streaming channels would have been good. Enjoyed our stay thank you
