Accueil sympathique malgré l'heure
J'avais prévenu par mail que mon avion arrivait à 4h du matin et que nous n'arriverions pas à l'hôtel avant 5h30. Le responsable avait dit qu'il n'y avait pas de souci réception 24h/24. Il a fallu que le taxi klaxonne plusieurs fois environ 5 mn mais après plus de souci. Bon petit déjeuner.

Séjour à l'Hotel Tupki Resort, Patnem, Goa
Nous avons décidé d'écourter notre séjour et de changer d'hôtel car ce dernier a entrepris la construction de deux bâtiments annexés aux bâtiments actuels. Fortes nuisances de bruit du matin au soir ! Et les prix demandés sont complètement démesurés ! Beaucoup trop cher pour cet établissement. We have decided to shorten our stay at this hotel and to move to another one as this hotel has recently initiated construction of two new buildings, just adjacent to the existing one ! Too much noise from sunrise till sunset ! And the accomodation prices are far too high for what you get !

Pleasant hotel especially new part, helpful staff.
I booked an apartment for 2 nights rather than a standard room as the two were the same price. The apartment was in the older part of the building and although it had all we needed for a short stay it was rather dated. Friends booked a standard room in the new building which was excellent and if I were to return I would certainly go for the standard room if I did not require the use of kitchen facilities.Staff were very helpful and wifi was excellent, also the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel close to the beach
It was an ok hotel. People at the reception were very helpful, especially Joseph. We were very disappointed with the restaurant manager Stevens, he was not welcoming at all. He was rude and we felt that he was doing us a favor in the restaurant. The lady manager of the hotel was very kind.

Okay but overpriced and a bit out of town.
An ok hotel. A bit overpriced for what you get but it does have a pool which is an alright pool but not great. Breakfast was not complimentary on our booking so we didn’t experience that. For the price it should be included. Even the pool doesn’t balance this out. It’s a bit out of town. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach but the road can be quite busy so not great with smaller children. Our child is 15 so that was ok but still a pain in the hot sunshine. Tuk Tula would get you there in no time but that is added cost obviously. Not much but it adds up. Air con and fan in room were good. Pool table down in the bar. Lift a bit annoying with the screeching noise it makes but at least it works. All in all I feel it was too expensive for what else you can get unless you really want a pool.

Dear Mr. David, Greetings! We are very sorry to know that you didn't had breakfast during your stay. It was included in your rate plan. Our restaurant manager give a call in room at 10 AM, if any guest didn't came for breakfast. May be you were not in the room at that time. Price was normal, because you assumed that breakfast is not included, you feel price is high. It must have written on voucher as breakfast included, free parking, free internet. This is a nice hotel fairly close to beaches
About 5 minutes walk from Patnem beach and 35 minutes walk (or a tuk-tuk ride) from Palolem beach. Town of Chandri/Cancona walkable. We found the hotel very enjoyable, good rooms, aircon works, clean and the food was very good. We enjoyed the Indian veg very much. Our trip was very early season (mid Sept) and Patnem was very quiet. We discovered a footpath from Patnem to Palolem beach, an enjoyable walk. Palolem well provided with bars and small shops and very good restaurants/cafes, some of the best pizzas we've had. The season was opening up as we left and it looks to get pretty lively later on.

Very Good Hotel near Patnem & Palomen beach
Excellent Hotel was near Patnem and Palomen beach in South Goa. Nice and quite away from all the bustle & pollution of city.I found peace here. Walk away distance from Patnem beach . Take a auto or rent a bike to go to Palomen beach. Breakfast served here was good . Food was a bit expensive but manageble . Tastewise good. Note : Hotel is about 2 kilometer away from chaudi circle . So transportation option to chaudi bus stop is an issue . Auto and

Would have been ok if we had a different room .Room124 next to a building site lots of noise 0830 to 1900. Said they were full so couldn't move us and Expedia no help at all

i was very unhappy with the food quality, not a single sea food items was available , 75% of food menu was not available, i need to some other hotels to have lunch and Dinner.

Nice, basic hotel with large rooms
The Tubki Hotel is about an 8 minute walk from Patnem Beach but just a 5 minute walk until you reach the beach shops, tuk tuks and taxis. The rooms are huge as are the beds and it provides air conditioning as well as two fans, a fridge and cable TV. The bathrooms are a wet bathroom with a good powerful shower. The staff were disappointing, not very engaged and no ownership or follow up if asked for anything and seemed to be more interested in playing pool than looking after the guests. The restaurant and bar were large, but I didn't eat so can not comment on the food. The only downside to the Tubki Hotel is the noise. The railway line runs right behind the hotel with trains running pretty much every half an hour and a building site just a few feet away with the workers staring at 7am every single day. Whilst it is probably the nicest hotel in Patnem, I would recommend staying just the other side of the hotel to the construction site.

Below average resort
The hotel is not as close to beach as advertised. We stayed for 2 nights and room was not cleaned even once even after requesting. Plates were not served when we ordered food with room service. The hotel staff is more focused on providing service to international guests and happily ignore Indian customers. The bathrooms are in way below average condition. Will never go there again.Not recommended for Indian tourists.

Останавливались в отеле с 3 по 14 января 2015 года. Отель самый лучший и большой в Канаконе. Завтраки замечательные, выбор из нескольких блюд индийской кухни (все вегетерианское), стандартные тосты для британцев, кофе, чай, масала-чай, арбузный фреш, молоко, сливки, несколько видов омлетов на выбор. Не знаю, кто может остаться голодным. Мы проживали в apartments, и ничуть не пожалели - огромный номер, большая кровать, 2 вентилятора, кондиционер, балкон с видом на пальмы. Есть сейф, холодильник (мини-бар), стол со креслами. По утрам приносят свежую газету. Вай-фай ловил не по всему номеру, интернет не быстрый. Ожидали увидеть обычную ванную комнату, а оказался душ со сливом в полу. Оказалось, это очень даже удобно. Проблем с горячей водой ни разу не возникало. В номере нет фена и утюга. Был только электрический чайник с 2 чашками, 2 стаканами и набором для кофе и чая. Уборку делали после вешанья на ручку двери таблички Please, clean my room. Персонал приветливый, большие молодцы. И подскажут, где что, и такси в аэропорт вызовут. Я довольна. Отель находится в 10 минутах ходьбы до океана, дорога безопасная, возвращаясь по темноте не испытывали никаких неудобств.

We only stayed here for one night and the rooms are nice, nothing special. Clean. The pool is nice. They were not able to arrange us an early breakfast. The beach is 5 min walk from the hotel

fantastic trip with Tubki
this hotel in south goa was an awesome find. just about a five minute walk to patnem beach it's a peaceful and lovely little place. room was well done and spacious with a pretty big balcony. has a pretty nice looking pool also but we never used it being so close to the beach, we preferred to go there. the hotel has a restaurant and bar that have a pretty wide selection of food and drink. overall it was a wonderful stay. I'd recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfy and affordable option (even for peak December) in Canacona.

Easy check-in. Booked a suite, nice big room. Bed comfortable and air con worked well. Great shower. Room facilities should have, as advertised a mini bar and coffee machine, coffee machine = kettle, took 5 days to arrive after initial complaint to reception. Mini bar, no such thing, even though it's advertised as such, when I asked about this, I was told that this was the empty fridge!! Maybe this should be advertised as such! Didn't spend any time by the pool as there was only four sun loungers and pool looked a little cloudy. Food in restaurant was excellent as was room service

Overall fine experience
It was very good and will recommend for sure. Only negative is that it is 2.9 km far from the Palolem beach. Luckily we had our bike with us so didn't matter a lot. And yes, breakfast was cold, when complained staff lit the flames.

Situated a 10 minute flat, easy walk to Patnem beach. 30min walk from Palolem beach but only R80/~ in rickshaw. Rooms have aircon, ceiling fans, fridge, safe and flat screen tv. Free wifi is a nice touch. Breakfast basic but ok. Small pool area but always kept clean.

Stopped here for 4 nights in March 2014. Please don't expect luxury but rooms are spacious and equiped with aircon (essential), ceiling fans, safe, fridge and flat screen tv. Breakfast is basic but suited us. A10 minute easy, flat walk to Patnem beach.Palolem beach is at least 30 min walk but only R80/~ by rickshaw. Personally Patnem beach is nicer and less crowded. Pool area is clean but small with few sunbeds but we used the beach anyway. Some noise in night from passing trains but other than that a sound nights sleep. All in all, clean, functional and comfortable.

Superb value hotel
Large comfortable bedrooms, friendly and efficient staff, under rated restaurant, we ate there several times nad food quality was excellent. Very friendly staff, room cleaned every day. Swimming pool an advantage although hotel is only a 15 min walk from beach or a 60IR tuk tuk ride away. The best hotel of this rating we have stayed in throughout Goa. I would definately reccomend this hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the fact that I is away from the hustle and bustle, but the downside of that is you always need to walk or get a cab to go to he beach, a bar or a restaurant. Rooms okay for the money.

Да просто супер отель! Не далеко пляжи и базары.
Заказали в этот раз по тому, что видели его в свой первый приезд. Они отстроили новый 4этажный корпус. Новые номера по 32 кв.м. Здоровенная кровать, Душ-туалет как и везде в Индийских хороших отелях. Самый большой набор ванных принадлежностей. И зубная паста и даже бритвенный станок есть! Прямо перед отелем хороший чистый бассейн. На нижнем этаже в аренде у отеля ресторан из сети Nirvana Cafe. Меню большое и всё вкусное, по цене как на пляже. Завтраки мы не ели, поскольку они стоили почти столько же, сколько обходится поесть из меню ресторана. Очень приветливый персонал и очень хороший управляющий отеля. Когда нам понадобился доктор, он нашел нам контакты всех клиник в округе. Территория небольшая, но при условии, что пляж в 3 минутах на мопеде, особо мы не расстроились. Рядом два пляжа. Patnem, небольшой и чистый, много кафешек, как и везде на Гоа. В 15 минутах пляж Palolem большой и очень популярный там можно найти любую экскурсию и шикарные рестораны со свежими дарами моря. Перед Palolem самый большой, в этой части Гоа, рынок сувениров и одежды. Здесь можно купить всё, а если поторговаться, то дешевле чем на рынках пляжа Colva.

Vi fick ett bra rum högst upp med en trevlig balkong, på natten stör dock den närliggande tågbanan ganska mycket. Tågen tutar och får igång hela hundkören att skälla, vissa nätter riktigt länge men man vänjer sig. Det är en kortare promenad utefter en trafikerad väg (om ni har barn lite lurigt) till den trevliga och lugna Patnem stranden. Ta en TucTuc om ni inte vill gå. Frukosten är enkel men vi brukar inte äta så mycket så en kaffe och en toast med marmelad och frukt fungerade fint, här kan hotellet enkelt förbättra sig men behöver troligen lite superviser hjälp. Vi rekommenderar hotellet och kommer troligen boka här igen, har dock aldrig bokat ett strandhus vilket det fanns en del fina på beachen.

Enjoyed every bit of our stay. Rooms are clean and are maintained very well. Walking distance from Patnem beach, but Palolem is approx 10 min drive. Hotel staffs are warm and very helpful. Shall recommend this to others as well.

I'll say.. It was the right decision to stay at The Tubki Resort, nothing will be better than this. Everything was so good there..the ambiance,food,rooms,service and the staff all are good.
