Magnifique hôtel à Goa
Nous avons passé 5 nuits au Grand Hyatt à Goa en famille. Service impeccable, petit-déjeuner varié et excellent, chambre confortable et spacieuse, très grande piscine et très belle salle de sport. Accès direct à la plage. De nombreuses activités proposées dont du yoga aérien gratuit. Le staff très souriant et aux petits soins. Que du bonheur!

Séjour agréable au Grand Hyatt, chambre grande et confortable, personnel excessivement gentil et prévenant, hôtel très joliment décoré, bons restaurants. Seul bémol le quartier. Il n y a absolument rien à distance de marche : pas de restaurant, boutique, village. Il faut prendre un taxi. La plage est de sable gris.

Belle piscine et jardin très agréable. Hôtel très confortable où l on peut se reposer. Le seul problème est la plage qui n est pas belle et eau trouble alors que les eaux des autres plages de goa même très touristiques sont claires. Personnel de l hôtel très accueillant

Superbe ... enclave
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce resort. Les chambres sont très spacieuses avec une terrasse agréable et nous disposions d'une vue sur la piscine et la mer. Le service est bon sans être trop pressant. Le petit déjeuner est plus que correct, tout est frais , c'est varié et bon. Le brunch du dimanche midi est vraiment à recommandé. L'Hotel est très familiale avec ce que cela implique d'enfant qui jouent, donc la tranquillité au bord de la piscine on oublie. Je dirais que le seul vrai hic c'est la situation géographique de l'hôtel. Enclavé entre le Nord et le sud de Goa il faut près de 45 minutes à 1h pour se rendre dans d'autres endroits de la région. Enfin le manageur de l’hôtel nous à permis de quitter la chambre à 18h (à lieu de midi) car notre avions décollait tard.

Spectacular property where every room appears to have a view of the ocean. Our stay was short since for various reasons we had to vacate our previous hotel. The property does require a bit of walking if your room is in the areas further away from the reception. A golf cart is used at check-in and check-out, and based on a sign posted, they will drive you where you wish to go if you call, but they prefer you do not use the golf cart during the stay.

It is a beautiful property, with sea views, several activities, and dining options. Exceptional service levels. Staff are genuinely interested in making guests feel welcome. Akash and Rajendra in the Dining Room restaurant were beyond thoughtful and caring for our family's special dietary needs. Our housekeeper, Balram Adarsh ensured our rooms were always comfortable, well cleaned, and organized. Would highly recommend it for families. Great pool, spa, and gym. The adjacent beach is a small strip of land, safe and clean. Great for long walks. Onsite holiday events can get a bit crowded and noisy. If you're looking for a great stay-put vacation with family, this is a great choice.

Flott sted, men starten på oppholdet ødela litt for oss. De hadde kansellert bestillingen vår på tross av at vi informerte om at vi kom midt på natten (flyet fra Norge kommer frem kl 02.30). Da jentene ankom alene, mens vi gutta kom inn fra Delhi et par dager senere ble dette litt dumt. Men, bortsett fra dette var oppholdet helt supert, og det ble gjort grep for å prøve å rette opp for første inntrykket. Vi er alt i alt godt fornøyd!

I’ve no words to describe the stay here. It was one hell of an experience. The staff is just fantastic and the property itself is a whole vacation vibe. If you won’t leave the place you would still enjoy every bit of goa. A big big thanks to Mayur, Om and Suchitra for their outstanding hospitality. I’m in love with the place and everytime I’m in Goa- this is where I’m staying.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a 6 day vacation in November. The location is great for sightseeing and shopping, it’s close to the main Panjim market. The property is new and clean, nice swimming pools, walking path by the beach, and the food in the restaurants is amazing. The staff is friendly, courteous and thoughtful. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

Heavenly!!
It was our anniversary so we chose to stay here as the Hyatts never disappoint. This hotel however exceeded our expectations! The staff are amazing and truly know how to deliver a great customer experience. Deepmala was great and dealt with our issue regarding our room straight away and then chkd in regularly with us to ensure everything was perfect. The property is beautiful and a short drive from panaji, the town centre. Rooms were stunning and clean with a huge bathroom. Overall an amazing property and the best stay!

Staff were extremely friendly. Rahul at the restaurant, Deptimala the manager and everyone went out of their way to ensure the stay was fabulous. Loads of activities, wonderful food, kid friendly.

Great property overall with options to keep the kids occupied. The buffet breakfast had huge options… The on-site casino was great . Though they have a cover charge for entry , it covered dinner , drinks and entertainment ( dance singing performances)… which was decent. They provide drop off for kids while adults are in the casino… which worked out well. Overall a good experience.

Pleasant and Comfortable Family Stay
Amazing property. I will need few more days to fully enjoy all facilities. However, a few things that I will like to point out - (1) Hotel was almost non-responsive few days before check-in. I expected more communication from the hotel and get our requests (2) Room service was very slow. You have to be very well planned with your room service requests. (3) Lift wasn't working occasionally (4) Few things would have been better like hair dryer electric connection (4) Restaurants need to provide more local cuisine. (6) Breakfast was very good and very prompt and thoughtful service (7) Pool service and experience was wonderful. Overall, I recommend and I would like to come back.

Amazing resort, well maintained and facilitated, tons of employees however not so efficient, huge rooms . Quite far from city center ( but there are no much alternatives ) One word about the daddy casino: waste of time and money.. small, lousy , and more employees than players. Skip it.

We stayed for 5 nights as a family. Checkin process had a few hiccups that were handled well by the staff. Better communication between staff would go a long way to improve checkin service. Stay was pleasant as the property is amazing. We had a beach facing room with an open patio and the room was clclean and comfortable. Staff tries to make your stay pleasant and service is good. Shout out to Arlene and Arijit at the chulha for adding a personal touch. Breakfast Buffet is decent with a lot of variety, however is a notch below 5 star that I would expect from other comparable 5 star properties like the Oberoi group. Lunch at Chulha, the Indian restaurant on the property was good, including the lunch buffet.

We booked the club room, which entitled us to the club house where between 6-8pm you can have free drinks from good selection of spirits, wines and beers. Every evening we had live singer in the evening,A special shout out to Sangeeta who handled all our requests and queries promptly through WhatsApp. Would highly recommend

The property itself was beautiful but I found the staff were not attentive with me having to prompt them several times. The Grand Hyatt team did their utmost to rectify any issues we had however for a five star hotel it is let down at times by the front line staff.
