L'hôtel est une trés grande infrastructure, mais le service et le personnel sont au top. Cet hôtel se trouve à plus de 5 miles du centre ville, il faut disposer d'un moyen de locomotion pour se rendre au centre de Glasgow.

The room is not clean. I saw a condom wrap on the the table and used tissue paper behind the table. The toilet was stained with a spot of poo. Also, there is this welcome smell when you get in the hall way

We had 2 rooms for 4 of us, and the rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was great. All staff we met was polite and helpful. And for the price the hotel was a great choice and a bargain. We would all stay there again

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and two out of the three nights the alarm in the hotel went off. On the second day I requested for my room to be cleaned because the bin was overflowing. I came back that evening to find the room in the same state it was left. The bin had not been emptied. On checking out I raised both items with the gentleman on the front desk, possibly a manager, he seemed uninterested in my feedback. I f you want a good night sleep without an alarm going off this is NOT the place to stay!

Hotel quite tired looking, also gold member and didn’t get room upgrade. Not only that didn’t get a king room that I booked , instead got a double with a single that wasn’t required, staff were friendly enough, just pity room was a downgrade not up.

Staff couldnt do enough for you. When booking in to being helpful at breakfast. Staff very attentive. Needing freshed up and modernised but comfy and good sized rooms.

We had a lovely stay, very warm welcoming staff! Lovely clean place. Food lovely too, small menu but great food! One specific man who was so lovely and funny! Will defo be back

Poor standard
The overall cleanliness of hotel is terrible, had to be moved due to condition of bathroom and stains on mattress. Sorry but was completely disappointed with our stay.

Friendly staff, good food, room just about ok
The staff were pleasant and welcoming, dinner and breakfast were both very nice. The hotel seemed to have been recently redecorated and looks fresh, rooms are a good size but my one issue was that you could hear people in the rooms adjacent (unless they were just super loud snorers and shouted the whole time) and the road noise cam through the windows which on first thought were likely to be ajar, but turned out to be firmly closed.
