The staff was friendly. The fire alarm upon check in was beeping for a new battery. We asked for this to be addressed upon check in and went out to enjoy our day. When we returned the battery started beeping again. When we went to call the front desk the phone in the room wasn’t even attached to a cord. They said there was no maintenance to fix it and they would have to change our room. With four sleeping children we couldn’t do that. We were directed to climb on the furniture and remove the fire alarm. The clock light didn’t display the correct light on the numbers. The toilet was running the entire time. There was no hot water for showers and the pool was empty. Had we known any of this when we made the reservation we would not have stayed.

This hotel is very outdated, has limited parking and the rooms do not function properly. Our room had leaky faucets all night. One room had the shower running for hrs ( we were moved to another room). The rooms smell like humidity and the toilets were not working properly. Water pressure in the showers is very weal. For a hotel in downtown Gaitlinburg, I expected better amenities.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush, our television didn’t work, room was booked for three people for 4 nights only received 3 towels and two wash cloths. Beds are very uncomfortable.

The bathroom was very out dated. The paint on the bathtub was flaking off, it needed to be cleaned. The mirror was old a discolored. The smell was bad as soon as we entered the room. Had to purchase febreeze. The sink leaked. The room was dirty when we entered, we then got the front desk person and they gave me a different room. The front desk never answered the phone. Had to walk to get any type of service.

When I booked I got a king suit with city view but what I got was no view when I asked about it the guy laughed and said at least you got a jetted tub… I did not care about the tub I booked city view to People watch and enjoy. This is the second time this has happened booking.

The property did not have the suite I paid for (weeks prior) no notification about the suite inconvenience and I called in before hand and everything was “fine” could not accommodate my family needs. The refund was a lousy $40 on my just about $200 bill. Which I actually had to fight for because they completely denied a refund the first couple times! The gave me 2 separate room when I have a baby and a minor child (I guess they assumed my kids would be fine alone) smh and lastly the room was so small my daughters playpen had to be in front of the bathroom door and sink due to the room being so small. Which is also why I purchased a suite for space. They will not pay on their mess up. Mind you it was my daughters 1st birthday. Never going back 1/10 HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

A great option if members of your party are interested in the National Park. Located only six minutes from the Sugarlands Visitor Center. Hotel was clean and had several close dining options. The provided breakfast was adequate. Parking was somewhat limited for the number of guests at the hotel. Room door was finicky and had to be turned just right to get it to open. Toilet handle was also finicky and had to be held a long time for the toilet to flush. Otherwise, the room was pleasant and of good value.

The bottom of the jetted tub was chipped so we didn’t even use. The bathtub fixtures were in need of replacing & there was green around the drain. The towel rack had rust on it & the mirror above the sink is in the beginning stages of peeling. Very disappointed.

People smoke even though there are no smoking signs all over. Breakfast area is very small, no eggs for breakfast. The elevator could be renovated. My bed was not made up daily.

Worst Room I ever had anywhere
Upon opening the door i was hit with a terrible musty, industrial or somekind of terrible odor. It made me sick , after just one day of a 3 day stay, so i left after one night. It had some kind of brown liquid in the bathtub, no clue what it was. It actually had a gas fire place, but it didn't work so i guess you are just supposed to look at it and get the impression that it works. It was on the ground floor , about 5 feet from the street, so you hear street noise all night long. I am assuming they give the Hotels.com guests the worst rooms or something, I will never go back to this place, and also those hotel remote controls for the TV are just awful, seems every hotel in Gatlinburg has them now, you have to go sequentially through each channel to get to the channel you want, because there appears to be no way to add a dash to the number you punch in as all the channels are digital , and the remote defaults to an analog channel.

We were greeted with a horrendous odor as soon as we opened the door. Everything smelled wet and moldy. The fireplace wasn't functional and the toilet didn't flush. We immediately left and found another hotel. The staff was excellent to deal with. He immediately reversed our charges. It appeared as though this was common for him to deal with.

Floors were dirty, jacuzzi tub didnt work, room smelled of gas and water pressure left bruises from being so hard. Only good part about the room was the location, and got to see a LOT of bear activity. The owners of this hotel need to do some major revamping and hire more or better house keepers that actually clean the rooms between stays. Very disappointing for a Wyndam owned property.

We booked this because it slept 5 and had an indoor pool. The pool was out of service the entire stay. The 5 of us where supposed to share 1 queen and 1 king bed. We were 1 couple, two adult sisters and 1 of their adult sons . They had no couches or roll away cots. So 1 of our party had to bunk on the floor. Not cool.

Rented this suite with the jetted tub, tub didn't work only option for different room was a downgrade wasn't giving a discount was told I would receive a call from the manager which I never did and also holes in the walls, I honestly didn't have high expectations for the property but for the price I at least expected the bare minimum which I didn't receive. Both of the front desk attendee were very nice and tried to help me out but to no suprise no reply from management.

You need to upgrade bathroom floors. The fireplace never did work. Very few and very dim lights in room. The shower water was luke warm. Sorry about review, but being honest.

This property is absolutely disgusting. Our view was of a debilitated pool 1/2 full of green slimy water, trash floating, broken chairs, ect. It was the only window and the only view. The room itself was satisfactory as far as cleanliness. The fireplace didn't work, the hot tub leaked water, room smelt musty, the extra lock for the door was loose and was about to fall off-not secure. The grounds were filthy, the outside maintenance was awful. I would not recommend. We shortened our stay and stayed at a much nicer place in Pigeon Forge for $50 cheaper a night. Don't stay here. You work too hard for your money to use it on this place.

Fall in the mountains
The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. We has a small tv issue but the maintenance man was there quickly, friendly & repaired the issue quickly. We had a much better stay than the last time. We would stay there again.
