The view from the Villa is incredible, but that view 'costs' a lot of time on the road for travelers who want to visit the nearby towns. The rooms are OK, nothing spectacular. Breakfast was excellent.

Mielettömän hieno paikka. Näköalat ja piha-alue ovat uskomattoman hienot. Huone oli siisti ja kylpyhuone iso. Sänky olisi voinut olla hieman mukavampi. Illallinen ja aamiainen ihan ok tasoa. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja nopeaa kaikilta osin.

Aufmerksames Personal, einfach zu erreichend Wanderwege, sehr spannende Anfahrt ( 3 Minuten Regelung der Zufahrtsstraße wirkt exklusiv) und ausgezeichnete Küche und Weinkarte. Überall altes, sehr schönes Parkett; der Speisesaal mit herrlichem Panorama!

Perfect place to relax
Beautiful villa with spacious garden and pool, all with amazing views over Lake Garda. Staff were friendly and professional, the on site restaurant was excellent and we loved our stay above the bustle of the lake shore.

Slidt, med en fantastisk udsigt.
Fantastisk udsigt og generelt et dejligt sted. Lad være med at følge gps derop. Den leder dig af de mindste veje, der findes en hovedvej der går direkte op. Hele stedet er hotellet er i gammel italiensk romantisk stil men dog ret slidt. Fliserne omkring poolen lå ikke fast og flere var ved at falde i dem. Personalet presser ret meget på for at man tilvælger at spise aftensmad på hotellet, men vi valgte ikke at gøre det. Generelt var klientellet på hotellet af de lidt ældre og vi var nok stadig 15-20 år for unge til at synes at det er det mest fantastiske sted. Tror ikke vi kommer tilbage.

Gem in Lake Garda
The hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels I ever stayed. Enjoying the view of Lake Garda, from room or at the terrace while having tea / breakfast. Rooms are good size, not big, but very comfortable. The staff are very attentive and friendly. To deive to the hotel, listen to the direction given by the hotel and not your GPS, otherwise you will be taken on a discovery tour.

Es war ein sehr aufmerksames Gastgeberpaar, wenn auch anfangs etwas mürrisch. Gab es am Ende überhaupt nicht auszusetzen. Vor allem das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse fantastisch und in einem wunderbaren Wintergarten mit Pelletheizung über dem Gardasee mit atemberaubendem Ausblick.

Great boutique hotel in stunning location
After a beautiful mountain drive and warm welcome, we spent five nights in a junior suite room in the annexe building. The room was clean, stylishly furnished and well equipped with great attention to detail. The grounds had stunning views over Lake Garda and a beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers and clean towels readily available. A great way to spend a truly relaxing afternoon. The quality and choice of food and wine was excellent to the point that we decided to eat in the restuarant every night and were never disappointed. For the owners and the staff nothing was too much trouble. A truly wonderful hotel that we will definitely return to.

Hotel mit altmodischem Flair oberhalb des Sees
Nettes Hotel oberhalb des Sees (ca. 6 km von Gargagno entfernt) mit eigenem Charme. Es gibt ein Hauptgebäude (große Villa) und ein Nebengebäude. Bei Nebengebäude denkt man schnell an "Abstellgleis", aber hier war es nicht so. Wir haben uns im Nebengebäude durchaus wohl gefühlt. Leider wohnen im Nebengebäude im Dachboden wohl auch irgendwelche Tiere. Eines Nachts sind wir wach geworden, weil über uns auf dem Dachboden ordentlich was los war. Das war für uns als Stadtmenschen etwas unheimlich. War aber zum Glück nur in der einen Nacht so. Der Ausblick auf den See ist insgesamt fantastisch, besonders wenn man am Pool liegt. Das Wasser im Pool fand ich persönlich ein bisschen zu kalt für Ende August. Erwähnenswert ist noch das wirklich gute Frühstück. Ein reichhaltiges Buffet, zusätzlich konnte man sich noch Eierspeisen jeder Art bestellen. Wirklich gut. Auch im Frühstücksraum toller Seeblick. Das Abendessen dagegen konnte uns nicht überzeugen - mehr Schein als Sein. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, um dem Trubel unten am See zu entfliehen.

Unter Erholung verstehe ich etwas anderes. :-( Diese ständigen Anfragen vom Hotel haben sind einfach nur nervig. Man kann dadurch gar nicht abschalten.

Stunning setting for a relaxed stay
Excellent location with incredible views of Lake Garda from everywhere. We had a very relaxing stay. Friendly service and we had two excellent dinners, the food is of a superior quality than most restaurants you'll find around lake Garda. The room was fine, nothing special. It's the setting and remoteness that's the big draw. We dined a couple of nights in Gargnano, which is lovely. As long as you don't mind the twisting drive up the mountain (takes about 15minutes), I'd recommend it.
