Thank you for your compliments during your stay. My staff will be pleased that you had an enjoyable experience in all but your internet! Regarding the internet, we were having connectivity issues during for a period of about 3-4 days and worked with our provider to resolve the issue. I am sorry that you had this experience, but want to reassure you that we take those matters seriously and hope that you will stay with us again in the future.

Please know I'll be using your feedback to fix the issue you mention in your feedback. I would like to say our bathroom fan system is ran auto through out our guest rooms. There is no switch to turn on and off, but we do have a fan system in all bathrooms.

Hi Wesley, I'm sorry to learn about your dissatisfaction you had with us during your stay. Please know that I'll be using your feedback to address the issue you mentioned. I also wanted to update you on the soda machine which isn't owned by us, but I'll definitely will be contacting the vendor. Also, we do have a guest laundry machine that is located on our first floor that's in great working order. Our front desk staff could've directed you to the guest laundry room.
