Hotel good - but Wifi disconnect all the time
Hotel good for the price range, convenient locations. But Wifi is not working properly, kept disconnecting even with a very strong signal. I tried multiple locations (room, lobby, restaurant), and had the same problem during my stay. Good connection remain for 5 to 10 minutes and then problem. Had to disconnect, and reconnect, to get going again, and again....

Dear Franck, Thank you for your compliments during your stay. My staff will be pleased that you had an enjoyable experience in all but your internet! Regarding the internet, we were having connectivity issues during for a period of about 3-4 days and worked with our provider to resolve the issue. I am sorry that you had this experience, but want to reassure you that we take those matters seriously and hope that you will stay with us again in the future.

We could not find the check in area and had to call to get directions. There was no hot water for the shower and it was just a trickle. The vent for the air conditioner rattled. There was no mini fridge or microwave as told in the ad. When we asked at front desk we were told it was expedias fault for booking us a sub par room.

The property is very outdated. Pool area was closed. Ceiling tile had mold around them. Tile in bathroom was cracked and water would not turn off. Carpeting needed replaced or at least a good cleaning. Not given extra towels. Lady at breakfast buffet watched everything you took to eat. When checking in asked for a bottle of water was told for gold star guest.

This hotel meet our needs but is very dated. Furniture is old. The place was clean which is certainly a top priority and staff are all very friendly. Breakfast included was simple and satisfactory. Easy drive to downtown Frederick which was our destination. The tub faucet had a drip that was corrected by tightening it so much that we almost could not get the water in so they might want to fix that!

There is no switch to turn on and off, but we do have a fan system in all bathrooms.

I also wanted to update you on the soda machine which isn't owned by us, but I'll definitely will be contacting the vendor. Also, we do have a guest laundry machine that is located on our first floor that's in great working order. Our front desk staff could've directed you to the guest laundry room.

The hotel felt spacious and was pleasantly decorated. The registration area was obviously a temporary location while the main area was under construction. While they were many exits to the parking lot for convenient access to vehicles, many of the doors did not function with the room key. The swimming pool was closed for repairs while we were there but that looks like a wonderful part of the property offerings. Also the sports book must be a nice attraction for those who are interested in wagering on sports events.

Not impressed.
When we got there a sign was on the counter at check in say "Pool is closed, no refunds". We inquired why and they said it was closed for maintenance. We went to the pool and it was full of water and the heat was on. But yet it was closed. Our room was next to the pool which made it very humid inside. So we got moved to another room which was better but on the table was a huge fake eyelash. So cleanliness was suspect. The drinks at the bar were not fresh either. I booked the hotel because of the pool and was very disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Blood and other stained sheets, smashed bugs on head board, smelt terrible. Phone in room that didnt work when i tried to call the front desk, no one at the front desk when we packed our things and left 5mins after being there.

Property is old, outdated and so large that it is hard to even find the check in office. No elevators and the many of the stairs are marked one way and you cannot enter the building. The distance from a stairwell to your room is more than a city block. Buckets in the hallway catching water dripping from utility pipes in the ceiling. Overall condition is bad. I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

Our first room the bathroom was infested with ants. Man came in and sprayed, but it seemed to stir them up. We were offered another room, but the accommodations we needed weren't available until the next day. There was no compensation for our inconvenience. The pool was closed. Staff was very friendly. Second room was okay.
