Hotel is well situated. Service is OK, breakfast is a bit too simple . I expect better in a 5 stars hotel. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly

Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was very clean and quiet. Internet speed in the room was unacceptable, unable to do any work online. Unexpected unadvertised parking fee of 39 Euros per night was disapointing. Great food and a great stay.

The room had good furniture and was comfortable. Just what I was after following a long haul trip. However there were fragments of crisps on the floor under the desk and on top of the desk chair; obviously quite disappointing for a hotel this standard.

I love this hotel but on my most recent stay there was extreme elevator chaos. We needed to catch a flight and were stuck on the 9th floor with heavy bags! Every elevator was filled with frustrated people packed like sardines asking us not to enter because the elevator was too heavy and would stall. After 20 minutes of waiting (11 people ahead of us) I came up with a workaround... I left my partner with our bags and walked down to the ground floor. It was easy to get an "Up" elevator at 7am, so I took the elevator up to the 9th floor where my partner was able get on with our bags. We then continued up to the top floor, where we had effectively skipped the line. We then went down, floor by floor. The elevator was soon full, but stopped at every floor where we saw the frustrated people who were trying to depart for their flights. I stay at the Sheraton the night before a flight as a buffer in case of issues with Deutche Bahn. I didn't realize I needed a buffer against elevators at the Sheraton.

Location is good , walking distance to airport. Clean. Lift lobby to room is a long walk due to it’s a long hotel. Safe keeping of trolley which the reception agreed, but the trolley was lost when we check out. Requested item was not given.

114 Euro für DZ gezahlt (1 Erwachsener 1 Kind). Entfernung zum Terminal und zum Fernbahnhof unschlagbar. Sauberkeit war OK - darf man aber nicht genau hinschauen. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut isoliert und es ist ruhig.

Good choice for an overnight layover. Mini-fridge was broken in my room and they wheeled in a medium-sized fridge for me. The room service food choices I got were yummy. I would stay again for a layover. I walked over from the airport, some construction and no signage from the airport so you have to be a little bit adventurous to get there. Also, it seems that all the airport hotels are connected, so you can cross and enter into any of them and have a more direct, nice walk. I tried to get directly across the Sheraton before crossing the road and then had to weave back and forth to a door. So, I would crossover to the airport hotels immediately when I left the airport if I did it again!
