The upgrades in the rooms were nice. Parking was a challenge but staff were very accommodating. Breakfast provided many options and was well stocked. Lost of space to work in the open concept lobby space.

Very convenient property to west 7th district. Rooms are comfy and clean. Hot water is only complaint, like warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have a shuttle that runs a 3 mile radius which is great. Will take you to stockyards and west 7th district.

Hotel had lots of problems. 2 broken entry doors, broken laundry machines, my bathroom sink only trickled water, microwave was so small you couldnt make a bag of popcorn. The breakfast option is the same everyday single day. I think this really bothered me because I stayed for 12 days straight. After 7 days, I couldnt eat the same thing. They did tidy up my room and make my bed everyday which was nice. Area is nice and convenient. It is near Montgomery Plaza so there's lots of dining options and entertainment in the area.

Rooms were reasonably pleasant, and the included breakfast, though limited in selection, was adequate. Corridor and (to a lesser extent) outdoor noise was often noticeable. WiFi worked well. It was just an over night stay before a surgery. Room was clean. Beds looked clean. Coffee maker was a no go. But you expect that…We would stay again.

It was not good. My husband and I stayed at 1111 W Lancaster Ave January 12-14 2024. We arrived at about 3:00pm. There was only one lady at the desk. She was checking in a man with 6 rooms and she was having computer problems. By the time she got to us, the line was pretty long behind us. Another lady came to help. We took a cold shower Friday night. Saturday morning water was hot. Coffee pot didn’t work good. Buffet breakfast was okay but ran out before being refilled. Parking was very tight. We had a horse trailer and when asked, we were told they were trailer friendly. (No way). Had to park the trailer elsewhere. Left 7:00 Saturday morning and returned 8:00 that night tired and ready for a shower and bed. Our room had not been cleaned. Called for clean towels and coffee for the next morning. It was delivered to us. The staff was very nice and apologetic. Water was hot Saturday night .We will not stay at that location again.

Overcharged And Won't Go Back
DO NOT PAY FOR PARKING THROUGH HOTEL.COM! Was charged $49 for parking, but it's only $20 directly from the hotel. Additionally, there was no available parking. Hotel had rented it's conference room and the attendees had taken all the guest parking. Staff told us they were supposed to park off-property, but couldn't do anything about those that didn't. That left us having to park off-property when we had prepaid $49 for parking. Staff didn't care. Just stay somewhere else.

I reserved a double bedroom. They wanted to give me a single king. When I told them that it wouldn’t work for me they gave us a king suite. When we pulled the coach bed out the bed was dirty and there was trash in the bed. When I took a shower I could only get HOT water. I had to wash my hair and body off from the sink. There was dirty trash in the trash can when we entered the room.

Melissa, we sincerely regret to hear about the unfortunate issues encountered during your stay. Your experience related to your initial room allocation and subsequent issues with cleanliness and water temperature does not meet the standards we strive to uphold. A deep dive will be conducted regarding your concerns and necessary steps will be taken to rectify these discrepancies. Every single staff member at this hotel were so friendly and hospitable and it was much appreciated. The hotel was clean but is in need of some repairs and maintenance. Hopefully then invest some funds into the hotel to make it better. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the free breakfast.
