Il n’y a pas de restaurant tel que stipulé sur le site d’expedia.ca. Le Lobby n’est pas assez propre pour le petit déjeuner. Les moquettes dans les chambres sont tellement sales qu’il y a un très gros risque d’être tombé malade. Bref, un bel emplacement mais qui ressemble plûtot à un motel de 2 étoiles. Ils donnent quand même un bon service à la clientèle.

There was a stench of mold as you enter into the lobby as well as one of the rooms I booked wreaked of mold and the shower was not cleaned well as the grout were two different colors. I made mention of the mold issue to the front desk agent and his solution was to send housekeeping to spray the room with a room deodorizer instead of changing my room. I got sick on the second day from the room condition. Very disappointing.

The layout of the room is awkward. The phone is on a desk over by the door instead of by the bed. The toilet and shower is behind door but in order to get in, you open the door and have to squeeze in alongside the toilet and try to close the door while standing sideways because there’s only a few inches of clearance between the door and toilet so can’t just walk in. The sink area to ‘get ready’ was out in the open so anyone could see you if someone opened the door or was sitting on the couch (which is right next to the door). The ‘bar/lounge’ is a few beer in a cooler at the checkin desk. Couldn’t find the ‘restaurant’. The pool was full of twigs and leaves. Found someone else’s fabric headband on the couch behind the throw cushion..not even between the cushions! And as for the carpeted floor…they have a vacuum by the cleaning cart but the same dirt was in the same spots when they were finished “cleaning”! As the advertisement says, note that there is no safe so you’d have to go to the desk to get things out of safety deposit box each time; they supply shampoo/conditioner and a tiny bottle of lotion but no shower cap. Never again…ESPECIALLY for the cost

The bathroom needed some serious help. The smell in the hallways and room were wet and musty. The floors and carpets in room were turning out feet brown so we wore shoes the whole time in the room. Stepped on a towel in the room and it came up dark brown. Room was very small. Staff was nice and helpful! Hotel needs a major upgrade. Lobby was nice and clean. Ok for a quick stay not a long one.
