Accueil tres moyen.on passe son temps a signer pour etre par la suite facturé en supplément. Par exemple la wifi. Établissement dépassé et peu confortable. Buffet du petit déjeuner nul...vous voulez des oeufs,il faut payer en plus. Une partie du personnel fait des efforts mais pas tous

Bel endroit, jolie cocoteraie,calme et naturel Parfait pour se reposer, sauf que les bungalows st très mal insonorisés :nos voisins étaient bruyants tard ds la nuit et réveillé tôt le matin par des travaux à 10 m derrière le bungalow Le pdj était moyen, par contre très bon restaurant, et bon accueil

Nous avons été très déçus par l'hôtel , des cafards dans la chambre une literie très usagée, odeur désagréable de la literie , les chambres sont très sombres . La salle de bains avec wc est minuscule 30 centimètres entre le lavabo et le mur , impossible de fermer la porte en utilisant les wc. Nous devions y passer une seconde nuit pour le retour et avons préféré réserver ailleurs . L'accueil est néanmoins correct ...

pas de panneau indicateur pour trouver cet hotel au bord de la mer personnel peu disponible pas de charriot pour porter les bagages nous avons du souvent nous debrouiller seuls pour nos bagages le petit dejeuner americain etait compris mais le personnel a voulu nous faire payer la difference entre le continental et le petit dejeuner americain j'ai du faire appel au manager telecommande de la clim ne marchait pas et ont voulu à notre arrivee nous faire payer une caution de la telecommande de la clim j'ai refuse pas de tv dans la chambre personnel pas du tout à l'ecoute à se demander s'il realisait qu'il travaillait en hotellerie ! grande deception dans l'ensemble dans les hotels reserves à fidji dans l'île principale de viti levu je ne conseille pas cet hotel

Wiring on the power plug was not right, they piggy backed the wires from the power plug onto the light switch from the out side . a no no in ohms law. The rooms looked very outdated 1970s style. Not the cleanest bed sheets I have seen. The food and drinks were good. The staff were very good . Expected a little bit more for AUD 200 each night.

This was a pretty property right on the beach. There was a little bit of night entertainment and I always felt safe. There was lots and lots of bugs in room! Cockroaches, ants and more! Which I thought was normal for the location, until I went to another resort! They also forgot to collect me from the airport which was not a very nice start to my holiday!

Club Fiji Resort is not an American hotel. There's no phones or tv's in the rooms. The wifi is spotty after 9am, it is remotely away from downtown or any important areas, and the food is catered to Australian palates. Yet, this is the charm of the hotel. The staff was great and greeted you with a smile and a Bula. The hotel was clean and never felt over-crowded. As for its remoteness, transportation was always available or provided by the various tours that we reserved. If you truly wish to "get away" this is a great place. The only reason for not giving five stars is due to the poor A/C. The room never felt cool until late at night/early morning.

Such lovely surroundings and staff. The Saturday night dance and fire show was thrilling and fun. Some of the property is in need of updating/renovation but everything was clean and well done.

It really felt like a island resort but very simple. The only bad thing is there is no actual beach, most of the day light hours there was no water in front of the property, just sand and mud because was low tide...The area is very shallow, you needed to walk about 300 ft to get in the water.

we arrived & as meet @ reception by Emma she was great as all the staff there did not have 1 complaint the only thing is it is a bit remote so taxi is the only way to travel. Room was good very clean & service was also good we enjoyed our stay

Nice location but air cond could not support the fact that all Bure do nit have glass windows so the wooden slats covering the windows allow warm air to counter the air cond . However uf you take the rooms appartment then most probably the air cond should be ok . Staff was very friendly except for the check out receptionist who was a bit off .

Quick and easy check in. Please note to bring cash as I was asked for a $50 deposit otherwise I would be charged if towels were not returned. Staff were nice and friendly. I stayed for 1 night on Thursday 25 Feb and returned again on Sunday 27 Feb. The shared dorm had everything that I needed and was a comfortable stay for me. Special thanks to Latu and Nandani for helping me by calling the bus driver which I left my bag.

Its quiet,safe & has it own beach .Its closer to Nadi International Airport .Has AC & fan in the room.Transportation is not a problem .Hotel have its own pick up & drop off van . During the day they have many activities to choose from.At night they have beach bonfire,cultural night,live band many more to enjoy the night away.

It was ok which is understandable as it is very cheap (as in the accommodation). Only stayed there one night as we were heading to another resort on Malolo Island the next day. The beds are very comfy, rooms were a good size and the food was average. Don’t get me wrong the place is great for the price, nothing was bad, it’s just nothing was great either. Worth it if you want to do Fiji on the cheap. If you are looking to save money and want something close to the airport or marina, Club Fiji ticks those boxes.

Great place to stay but the rooms are in need of an update. Broken tiles in the bathroom, louvers needing repairs, pool needs an overhaul. Staff were wonderful and polite but the options for dining and the bar are on the expensive side. The entertainment provided was amazing but the activities offered were rarely conducted. Daily breakfast offered was very average - highlight was the fresh fruit. Could be an amazing boutique resort with some upgrades.

Property is very dated and run down, ants in bed, lamp and fan did not work. Location good.. Food terrible. General wait, bar and cleaning staff very nice and friendly, however reception staff very unfriendly and not helpful. Photos on website not representative of the hotel.

It was an amazing place to stay at, 10 days there may have been a bit too long though the pools were amazing and the view was awesome. The staff are so kind and welcoming. However, the bures were extremely hot and the air conditioning's was not very good, and you could hear everything that was happening outside. Overall it was an amazing stay and we appreciate the opportunity.

This property is really beautiful the bar staff catering staff housekeeping and gardening crew are what makes this place a place to stay the management on the other hand are a complete disgrace one in particular young male manager and the young girl on the front desk and the bookings manager will make people never return to this beautiful place they are rude unresponsive ignorant racist and have no idea how to treat tourists or staff i witnessed many situations where i was completely shocked and even embarrassed from these three people and i cannot understand why an owner would have these type of people in charge a resort that could be one of the most popular in Nadi to watch the staff deal with all the complaints about the management with such respect and integrity was a credit to them i hope the owner knows there worth as they are keeping your resort going oh i could go on but seems any complaints fall on deaf ears

The property was 10 minute drive to Nadi town and the receptionist was very helpful calling a taxi each time. The staff were very professional and friendly. More advertising could be done to promote local tours. The bure was lovely by the beach but with the AC and fan, it was still quiet hot as the bures only had wooden shutters and did not keep in the cool air.
