Satisfait, sauf sur le change .J'ai changé 50€ et j'ai eu en retour 72 dollars fidgiens.Le taux étant de 2,27 le voir passer à 1,46 m'a interloqué.Je l'ai écrit sur papier et laissé à la réception.Pour tout le reste RAS,rapport qualité prix très interessant.De plus un personnel très souriant et agréable .

I have been booking with Tanoa for two years now and I see the breakfast is saying almost every day you need to change the menu asap.I felt gross eating hash brown n sausages with porridge,and eggs .everyday.And at both the location. Staff are wonderful and great

Not great, asked 3 times for extra towel (as had 2 towels for 3 people) and a hand towel took 2 days to get towel and never got hand towel. Had no hot water for 2 days and finally left early after having a rat in 2 of our 3 rooms.

We always stay at Tanoa and this time it felt a bit different with new team members who maybe were too new to know how visitors are looked after, as all services were slow - otherwise we love the venue. Their pineapple pizza was to die for. It was yumm.

The tv was not working for the past few days as confirmed by reception. Called reception to enquire only to be told that I.T was working on it. The issue remained until I had checked out. However the staff was great.

Liquor was missing on 12 December 2023 after the cleaning was called in around 5:30 pm onwards in Room 412 as the cleaning wasn’t done in the morning! Reported to the Reception on our final day; took all the information and said they going to review the camera so after a while they came back and asked to report to the Police - we didn’t have enough time to report to Police; bit scary, after that I had to lock all our stuff

I loved my stay. it was quiet and peaceful. Staffs were very friendly. I do like to suggest that I think hotel should provide laundry service rather than guests washing their own clothes and also may be think of adding more food varieties to breakfast.

Location was good,overlooking the ocean. Breakfast was average and food was tasteless. Pool was good but on Sunday teenagers were running and diving in and a person had a bad fall in front of me. I went and complained at reception but nobody cared! Only one restaurant and the food is quite expensive.

Great place to stay if you need some time to stay around in the west. You will also catch beautiful sunsets and you can take walks by the seaside. Great exercise areas around as well and great for family walks in the mornings and afternoons.
