Resort 5 etoile géré par des amateurs
A l'exception de la taille de la chambre il n'y a rien d'un 5 etoile en terme de service. On est arrivé ici après un sejour a l'île matamanoa et la différence en terme de service était incroybale. Aucun service personnalisé, et personnel amateur: - Impossible d'avoir une serviette de plage sur 3 jours, a chaque demande elles etaient en cours de nettoyage - a chaque demande room service, menage, bagagerie il faut attendre bien longtemps et appeler souvent - le menage le deuxieme jour n'a pas été fait il a fallu appeler 3 fois pour avoir un semblant de menage a 16h - on est arrivé un jour en avance et j'avais fait une deuxième resevation sur hotels pour la nuit supplémentaire, le personnel voulait que je libere quand meme la chambre a 12 pour avoir une autre a 15h, il a fallu insister pour voir un manager et finalement rester dans notre chambre 2 heures de perdues - d'ailleurs vous n'aurez jamais votre chambre avant 15h en arrivant - au diner de la dernière soirée il y avait un buffer au restaurant principal, madame a demandé à voir le buffet avant de decider si on mangait la bas ou dans un autre restaurant du resort. La personne a l'accueil ne propose qu'un d'entre nous aille voir le buffet et l'autre reste à la porte j'avais vraiment l'impression d'être au boui boui du coin, je me suis énervé et heureusement le chef est sorti s'excuser très rapidement En partant on a souhaité échanger avec un manager sur notre experience on a attendu 1 heures pour rien

The staff is top notch and very friendly. They go above and beyond for their guests. The resort is very long but they have a bus system that runs from one end to the other. Room is very nice but being near the restaurant is a bit loud with the music until they close. All and all a great choice for a relaxing resort.

This is a basic 2 star accommodation The apartment we stayed in was quite spacious but decorated in 1970’s style with bulky wooden furnishings The whole resort needs an update it is old and not well maintained Some staff are friendly and happy unlike what we have found at other resorts where all staff are happy and welcoming I guess you get what you pay for and we were in need of accommodation at last minute due to a delay in our departure

Comfy beds, great location, plenty of dining options, friendly staff, regular transport running up and down outside the rooms to reception. Only feedback is that the staff doing daily room service were not always on the ball and missed some things from time to time (i.e. restocking of coffee sachets, bath mat etc). The accommodation is quite expensive as well.

Property is a little tired and needs an update, it’s fine and clean but definitely has lost its wow factor. Service is patchy at best, took a good hour after checkin time for rooms to be ready but with no notification from the hotel so we had to chase them, room didn’t get services for two days and was only done after asking specifically for some fresh towels, breakfast some days was full with food trays empty and not being replenished etc, staff seem to be going through the motions and not proactive like what Fiji service is known for. It’s ok for the price point we paid, nothing special but it’s issues show up once compared to eating at the Sofitel for example where the service exemplifies what a 5 star hotel with that price should look at feel like. Probably would try something else next time.

The Hilton Denarau is relying on its name but it is not a five star resort anymore. The complex is in need of a total revamp from reception through to Nuku restaurant and rooms also. The swimming pools are the only 5 star areas in the complex and the balance of the resort is 3.5 star on today’s ratings.

Extremely dated room facilities and very basic amenities. We had booked for three people and on arrival the couch in the second was not made up. Bathroom fan didn't work at all and the room turned into a steam room with slippery tiles. Not enough coffee, glasses or cups for three. Worst was the couch must have been infected with either sand flies or bed bugs. I got up in the middle of the night itching and was covered in bites on my abdomen, arms and back. A shocker and not expected from a Hilton. I stayed here twice before before covid but i will NOT return here,

Loved our stay at The Hilton Fiji, would recommend spending the extra to get an oceanview room it’s definitely worth it. The pool areas are stunning and we really loved the option of having the adults only restaurant, bar and pool.

Room has been double booked, staff made a loud noise try to open the door when we was sleeping in the room, to wake us up. Staff apologized when he realize the room already has guests in, but Hilton is five star hotel, this sort of mistake is unacceptable.

The hotel facilities are old, the room has a leak, and there's a foul smell in the bathroom. I called the front desk, but no one answered.

I loved the adult only pool gave you an nice place to sit and relax and take in the sun. With a great selections of drinks and nibbles to enjoy soaking in the sun!

Absolutely loved our stay! Highly recommend. The staff are so friendly. Waqa gives off such a beautiful welcoming vibe. Inia was amazing and so friendly too. Mere D at the deli has an incredible memory (remembered 2 sugars in the coffee after 1 purchase) and makes a damn good coffee. The pools and restaurants are beautiful. The food is amazing. The bula express is such a great way for guests to get around. Only thing I’d suggest is a handle on the outside of the door off the balcony as it’s hard to open the door from the outside.
