Encore quelques points à régler pour un 5*
Bel hôtel, bel emplacement au bord du lac de Garde, mais quelques détails à régler pour un 5*. Appartement qui sentait l’humidité, très faible accessibilité dans un appartement famille une fois le canapé lit déployé, aucun rouleau de papier toilette de rechange, ni papier ni stylo dans la chambre pour prendre une note, bref le niveau de confort n’est pas à la hauteur d’un appartement à 500€ la nuit.

Des petits défauts....dommage!
L'appartement que j'avais dans la Villa Mughetta ,annexe de l 'hôtel,bénéficie d'une belle terrasse,d'un living-room-cuisine au décor basique,d'une très belle salle de bains et d'une chambre confortable.Les moins:l'éclairage mal conçu dans la chambre(impossible de lire au lit!),et dans la salle de bains(impossible de s'y maquiller).La proximité de la route rend impossible l'ouverture de la fenêtre côté chambre,l'insonorisation est moyenne. Je pense que le bâtiment principal ,plus éloigné de la route est plus agréable et bénéficie d'une vraie vue sur le lac. Le service est impeccable,le personnel multilingue très sympathique.Quant au restaurant il est tout simplement parfait ,d excellent niveau dans un cadre informel mais très"branché",comme le reste de la décoration des parties communes. En bref,j'y retournerais mais à condition d'avoir une chambre dans le bâtiment principal.

Porsche destination charging (free) was a real bonus. Pool amazing, hotel really lovely. Food at dinner was a bit of a disaster - not sure if they were struggling for kitchen staff but wasn’t cooked at all well. Everything else was brilliant so decided on balance to ignore this (and breakfast next morning was really good). Staff were superbly helpful and bd friendly and spoke excellent English (much better than my very limited Italian!)

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay...staff were super helpful...really enjoyed the food and the restaurant ambiance...stunning views of the lake...nice gardens and pool too...front desk arranged a sunset cruise on the lake with less than 2 hours notice...a romantic delight

Special hotel stay
This hotel was amazing from start to finish the staff were very helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in an apartment which is a separate building to the hotel and would recommend for families as there is lots of space, small well equipped kitchen, sofa bed and separate bedroom. We also had 2 beautiful balconies overlooking the rear secluded garden and lake. The restaurant was a highlight of our stay I cannot praise the quality and presentation enough. Without a doubt this will be a must to stay in when we return to the area.

Beautiful location.
The hotel is set in a beautiful location, right on the lakefront, with a lovely garden pool. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was parking, as the car park was always full and seemed to be open to non-hotel guests, as well as noisy bikers. The entrance to the hotel was a u-turn from the street, relatively fine to enter, but perilously dangerous and tricky to exit...

Vi hade en lägenhet eftersom vi hade en bebis med oss, vilket funkade väldigt bra. Egen terass med utemöbler så att nan kan njuta av solen. Restaurangen var väldigt bra, vi åt där båda kvällarna och köttet var fantastiskt.

Perfect location. Top quality in every department.
Excellent hotel. Excellent facilities. Perfect location right on the lake front. Pool area perfect. Could not recommend this hotel any higher. We stayed in the apartments...we were unsure what this would be like but were delighted with the quality of the accommodation. Looking forward to hopefully staying here again in future.

Nice design bar lack of services and very loud
- No Gym -> not acceptable in this category - No parasol on the terrace of the apartment -> how should we use it by sun? - No coffee machine in room, no kettle in room -> minimum service in a 5* Hotel in every room and for sure in apartments - Equipment in the apartment has got very poor quality. Please buy good knives und boards - The road is just 5m away and always very busy. Those room couldn't be offered for 300 Euro per night you should be happy for each single guest who comes to book this loud room without hotel services. - Also at the pool it isn't very relaxing because of the busy street just a few meters away. Overall it isn't worth the money you try to get the most money out of it without investing

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff
Wonderful hotel, very scenic location by the lake. The pool area is excellent. Gorgeous food. Lovely and attentive staff. It is quite close to the main road but you don't hear the noise.

Absolutely wonderful.
Love staying a Hotel Bella Riva. Very comfortable beautiful hotel on one of the prettiest parts of Lake Garda. The hotel is elegant, but not pretentious. Love eating on the terrace with the wonderful view of the lake. The food and breakfast are great. Such a real treat to be able to stay there.

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage direkt am See
Wir waren in dem Appartment mit direktem Seeblick. Sehr geräumig und sauber, allerdings gab es Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, welches erst am folgendne Tag behoben wurde... Frühstück super auch sehr fürsorglich wenn man eine Glutenunverträglichkeit hat. Die Garten - / Poolanlage ist wirklich super schön und gepflegt. Wir werden wieder kommen! :-)

wunderbare Lage direkt am See, traumhafter Aublick von der grossen Terasse (Zimmer 202). Sehr gutes Bett, ruhiges Zimmer, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Täglich frische Früchte auf dem Zimmer, top! Das Nachtessen und die Weinempfehlung waren vorzüglich. Äusserst freundliches und kompetentes Personal am Empfang, beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Minuspunkt: Leider keine Kaffemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Wir hätten bei diesem Standard eine Nespresso-Maschine erwartet.
