Pratiquement personne ne portait le masque alors que dans les journaux on annoncait que l'Alberta avait le plus de nouveaux cas de Covid 19 au Canada.On a commandé un repas a la chambre du restaurant,les 2 repas sont arrives dans des boites de plastique sans ustensiles et sans serviettes.On nous a dit de les mettre ensuite dans le corridor,mais le lendemain personne n'etait venu les chercher.

Bel hôtel la piscine avec glissade et spas c’ était très bien. Je suis aussi aller au gym et il y avait de bon équipement.

Tres belle hotel tres bien rénové le petit déjeuner est tres bien avec œufs, viandes, fruits céréales, pâtisserie etc. Avec navette pour l'aéroport.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff were great. The breakfast was great and slightly different each morning. Our biggest complaint is that we had called to specifically ask if the pool was open before booking and we were told yes. Unfortunately the water had been drained and refilled the day we checked in, so it was FREEZING and not swimmable. Overall a minor inconvenience, but disappointing nonetheless as we could have spent $40 less per night somewhere else without a pool.

Unfortunately, when we arrived for check-in, we were immediately greeted with a poor attitude from the representative at the desk. I requested her name for Managment. I had inquired about an early check-in two days prior and was advised that that would not be a problem. They would accommodate a 2 PM check in instead of 4 PM. When the staff member at the front desk had a perturbed look on her face I asked, is there a problem? She advised there was no note for an early check-in, but in note for a late check out, I had informed her that that’s not what I had requested and asked if there would be any issues. The girl at the front counter said with extreme attitude. I’ll try. It made myself and my husband completely uncomfortable. I had stayed here many years ago and received excellent service. That’s why I thought it would be best to return. This will be our last time ever booking at this hotel as we were graded with unneeded attitude. We were able to check in early at 2:30 pm therefore I do not feel that the attitude was needed when checking in. The agent did not advise us which way the room was, and seemed to be inconvenienced when we asked her. I completely understand that at times this hotel might be shortstaffed, however we felt uncomfortable and uninvited & it set the tone of the visit. The restaurant staff and food was amazing!! We will order from the restaurant again and take it home.

Was a great hotel, the pool was great, very clean, however the hotel rooms were VERY hot, 25 degrees, so the AC was required. However the AC had something definitely wrong with it as every time it went off it sounded like a jet engine was taking off and this happened 5-6 times/hour, so no sleep was had.
