Agréable sejour
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, en plein centre de la vieille ville et à proximité de toutes les attractions et commodités. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet un peu maigre qui mériterait d’être revisité.

L'emplacement est parfait. L'hotel est propre le service parfait le petit dejeuner tres bon. Quelques details un peu dommages pour une chambre à ce prix : emplacement des produits douche pas pratique, utilisation de ceux ci pas optimal (sort en jet tout droit, peut etre pas de chances dans notre chambre) pas de possibilité d'avoir une boisson (coca ou autre) hormis eau apres fermeture du bar. Frigo disponible mais non chargé. Il manque l'effet wahou quand on rentre dans la chambre que l'on pourrait esperé. Cela ne retire pas l'avis globalement positif sur le sejour dans cet hotel.

Superbe hôtel d'une propreté impeccable et très bien situé, ce qui nous a permis d'occuper nos journées à pieds dans la vieille ville. La piscine et le sauna était un plus très bien venu après nos journées de marche. 2 points à relever: il manque un cendrier devant l'hôtel du coup les gens jettent leur mégots devant la porte et notre carte de chambre s'est désactivée 3 fois.

excellente localisation légèrement surcôtée
Dans l’ensemble, très bien. Excellente localisation sur Royal Mile entre le château et Holyrood Palace. Décoration jolie et très bon et copieux petit déjeuner (salé et sucré) quoiqu’un peu cher. Piscine, sauna et hammam très appréciables après une journée de visite dans le froid. Un lit très confortable mais pour le canapé lit, mauvais couchage qui grince et où l’on sent les ressorts. D’aileurs, arrivés à 2am, le deuxième lit n’était pas fait. La réception nous a apporté des draps et nous avons fait le lit nous-mêmes.

This was a nice hotel in a great location but it was so cold. I had to call reception twice to ask them to put the heating on in my room, the pool was too cold to use and the temperature in the lounge and restaurant was uncomfortable at best. Such a shame - we booked this hotel especially for the pool but taking a swim was more an act of endurance than a pleasurable experience. I wouldnt recommend this hotel if you want to be warm!!

We had 1 bedroom suite excellent room and separate bedroom very convenient for all of Edinburgh site seeing and grabbing a bus to anywhere Only complaint was our room cleaner stank of BO which lingered in our room and they don’t know how to hoover under things otherwise excellent

The whole experience of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Facilities were great, breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and room was really quiet. Location perfect for exploring Edinburgh, particularly handy for local Museums and the Royal Mile. Wouldn't hesitate to come back again, in fact planning next trip already.

Fantastic hotel which delivered a personal touch
We had a fantastic time, celebrating a 30th birthday. I contacted the hotel in advance and they were kind enough to put balloons in the room and presented us with a selection of sweet goods in celebration shortly after we got to our room. The facilities were excellent, the hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Every member of staff we spoke with made us feel welcome. Would happily stay again next time we come to Edinburgh.

Infelizmente, as minhas vantagens VIP Gold não foram reconhecidas no hotel. Além disso, por ter outras experiências na rede Radisson Paulista (São Paulo), Radisson Victoria (Montevidéu), Radisson ( Colônia de Sacramento, Uruguai), Radisson Edwardian (Manchester, UK), este Radisson de Edimburgo deixou a desejar pelo preço que cobra e o perfil de hotel. O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom, porém a piscina, um diferencial que custa a mais no preço da estada estava com a água pouco aquecida para o inverno escocês. Peguei um resfriado que prejudicou a minha estada. O café da manhã também perde para as outras redes Radisson. Não ofereciam alternativa de bacon americano, como se conão me no Brasil, somente o bacon do english breakfeast. É comum que hotéis da categoria do Radisson ofereçam alternativas a pedido dos hóspedes. Pouca variedade de frutas, de pães. Uma pena. Sensação de que não valeu a pena o valor pago, mais de 2500 reais para dois dias. Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel in the heart of old downtown Edinburgh. Matthew, the concierge was very helpful for anything we needed. Comfortable beds and rooms are well sized. The shower was that weird bathtub with a tiny piece of glass so you have to work very hard to not get water in the floor. Spa and pool area are quite small for the number of rooms in the hotel so try to visit in the morning or early afternoon to avoid overcrowding.

Lovely but needs to improve room cleanliness
The hotel was lovely however the cleanliness of the room was debatable. It wasnt cleaned properly, there was rubbish left from a previous persons stay, bathroom was not wiped down properly and the room didnt look to have been hoovered. We mentioned this to the staff, Mr Hogg was very apologetic and took my details for their management meeting the following morning to ensure standards on cleanliness is improved. It looked as though it hand had a full deep clean in months or even a normal daily clean for a while. Overall the hotel is lovely and the staff were great just a shame the room was a let down. Tried add images to show but the link doesnt work.
