Excellent séjour trop court
Très belle résidence hôtelière dans bâtisse victorienne près de Dean Village à visiter. Accueil très sympathique et personnel à l'écoute. Grande chambre à la décoration de style écossais, très bien aménagée avec lit confortable, salon et Table à manger, bureau et meuble kitchenette comprenant vaisselle, micro onde, bouilloire, petite cafetière à dosette, etc... La salle de bain était également très grande avec douche, baignoire à jets, WC et bidet. Il n'y a pas de service de pdj mais une petite boutique assez variée sinon on peut commander via un QR code fourni auprès d'une boulangerie avant 20h et livrable le lendemain à 8h30 (pains, viennoiserie, beurre, confiture, miel...plusieurs restaurants à proximité.

Le grand luxe!!!!
Tout est parfait!! Chambre énorme avec 2 salles de bains, chambre très bien équipée, lit bien dur comme on l'aime. Le bâtiment est très joli et typique. Très calme, aucun bruit. Un de mes hôtels favori en absolu. Décor très british. Très propre. Si je reviens j'y retourne sans doute. Et je vous invite vous tous à y aller. Vous ne serez pas deçu.

Nous sommes allės à cet hotel pour 3 nuits. Dans l'ensemble c'était correct, c'est un hotel bien situé avec un excellent personnel mais j'ai moins apprécié la chambre, je suis plus habituée à un style moderne.

OUTSTANDING !!!
The best hotel I have ever stayed in , so cozy and the stay was so perfect , the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was immaculate, the room was absolutely stunning with the most beautiful ceilings had such an old charm about it. The bathroom was perfect, I loved we had a smart tv in our room so we could watch Christmas films. It was the perfect winter getaway we will definitely be back thank you so much Hapimag hotel you made our stay in Edinburgh absolutely perfect the dream hotel.

Our apartment was fantastic in every way - spacious, spotless, comfortable, and Hapimag was a joy to stay at. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was ready early which was a bonus, but Hapimag were happy to look after our luggage in any case. Although there is no catering on site, you can order breakfast items to be picked up from reception the next day, and the on-site 'honesty box's shop covered the few things we needed. In terms of location, Hapimag is approximately 10 minutes walk from the western end of Prince's Street - perfect. All the benefits of being close to the key attractions yet with the relative peace and grandeur of the Georgian New Town. My husband and 2 grown up daughters were very happy and comfortable in our suite - it was a true home from home. Thank you Hapimag for your wonderful service!

Elegant hotel within walking distance of main attractions in Edinburgh. Large classic room at the rear of hotel but on top floor. So far reaching views over new town. Pleasant staff and good value.

A quiet and comfy place to stay in Edinburgh!
I was blow away at the size and comfort of the rooms my friends and I stayed. The rooms were huge and I did not want to leave! The view from one of the rooms was spectacular, the other was on a lower level, however, we did not stay in our rooms with so much to explore! Peter was delighful while checking us in and giving us the lay of the land. I would highly recommend anyone stay at Hapimag Resort!

2 issues that prevented me from rating a perfect. First the mattress was horrible, you can feel the internal springs as you lay in the bed. The mattress desperately needs replacement. If my stay was longer i would have checked out because of it. Second the pull cords for the blinds EASILY comes apart when you pull making raising and lowering the blinds frustrating. The property is aware of this inconvenience so it should be addressed. The property is excellent and room was amazing, if the matress issue is resolved I will be back in a heartbeat.

At the end of 2022, we did out rollup replacement of all the matresses in the rooms, but we will investigate as you should't feel the springs as it is a quite new matress. The pull cords for the blinds should have enough power to hold togueter when you pull it, it does comes apart for health and safety concerns but you should be able to pull the cords normally. Otroligt fint. Vi fick ett rum som kändes som en salong i Downton Abbey. Och badrummet var enormt. Läget precis intill lummiga Dean Village är perfekt för härliga promenader längs den lilla floden.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend. Great, quiet location, with reasonable walk to castle etc. I wasn't a fan of the (slightly tired) mattress but my wife was comfortable.

Very nice place to stay, 10 minute walk from Edinburgh Castle. The only downside was it was hard to find the parking lot. On the plus side, the receptionist stayed well past her normal quitting time just to ensure that we made it safely to our lodging. My only suggestion is that clear instructions on how to find the parking lot be given with the reservation. Other than that, it was a great stay

A really nice stay! Hapimag is located on a quiet terrace in Edinburgh with some nice architecture. It’s walkable to most major attractions in the city but is just far enough away to be quiet. There’s a nice Honesty Shop where you can pick up some light snacks and drinks and pay when you leave. The premises and the rooms were very clean, and the staff very helpful and friendly. There’s no restaurant on site but they have a deal with a nearby B & B that allows you to purchase breakfast vouchers. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

We had the grand suite and it is a very spacious apartment that has a seating area with sofa and chairs, a small dinette, big bathroom with a huge bathtub and a bidet along with a shower. We were on the 3rd floor apartment with windows overlooking the street in front. Lovely view of the small garden with cherry blossoms. The apartment has 4-5 large windows letting in plenty of sunshine when the sun is out. The property is on a very quiet residential street and is about 10 mins walk from the haymarket station and any dining. It felt very safe walking in the area at night. The staff is friendly and they bring you anything you may need that is not available in the honesty bar. What I didn’t like: 1. The shower is tiny and has only a metal shelf to keep all your products. The shelf space over the sink is also very small. Small hand soaps are provided. 2. There are no shades for privacy. You have to pull the curtains closed and they’re heavy. 3. The bed is horrendous. It’s lumpy, and very uncomfortable. The room also gets very hot at night. 4. The bathroom though large, is very dated. I’m not sure if that’s for ambience but it’s not practical. The bidet has two faucets for hot and cold and this didn’t make sense to me. The water pressure was low throughout.

I cannot recommend Hapimag hotel highly enough. Easily the most comfortable room I have stayed in. Very well appointed. Stocked with everything one could need. They even provided a full dinning set for two. Great location and just a beautiful room and establishment.

Loved our stay at the Happimag. Raul and the staff were really helpful. The rooms a great - really roomy and we’ll appointed. Would be great if there was an on property kitchen - no breakfast. HOWEVER, the hotel will get you great pastries and the honesty shop has a good selection of sliced meats, cheese and spreads - so a diy breakfast is available. Recommended!

Huge room! Great and reasonably priced pastries and breads available for breakfast. Very private. Edinburgh lodging/hotels were very expensive the weekend we went in because of the Six Nations rugby which we were not aware of but Hapimag was a great deal for 3 of us given the size of the suite. A hidden wee West End gem!
Amazing place tucked away in the West End. Beautiful townhouse with so much room- very well presented and the reception could not have been friendlier . We had room 17 with great views/huge windows, plenty of room and huge bathroom, clean and with bath and shower . good amenities and very comfortable bed. Have been to many hotels locally and would return to this one in a heartbeat- already booking next trip- easy walking distance to city centre ( we were visiting liquid room) Thank you
