Dear Cecilia, we are very surprised by this negative review as a team member was on the phone with you just an hour ago trying to help out. We do not have any French speaking team members on duty today and unfortunately we do not speak French very well, but my colleague did her best to understand the situation and provide you with help. She explained that in order to confirm if the car keys are here or not, we needed to speak to our Housekeeping Manager, which she did. Please also keep in mind we are an extremely busy hotel in New Year's Eve which is one of our busiest times of the year - we are very busy tending to the reception and trying to do our best. Or apologies about the delay but it is not true that the team hung up the phone and we would like it to make it clear as this inaccurate comment does affect our reputation and it is not true. The car keys have been found - please do feel free to arrange a courier to pick them up from the hotel, and we would be more than happy to arrange a label and wrapping for them to be ready for collection.Thank you and have a Happy New Year. Dear Kuldip, we are terribly sorry to hear that you found our pool temperature too low. It is actually checked twice a day including with the quality of water. Also, the water quality is randomly checked by representative of the council once a month, including the chlorine to ensure our public pool is always up to the required standard. We thank you for your kind feedback, but we do not wish to make false promise that the temperature of the pool will be different the next time you may stay with us, because it was up to standard and we even had baby swim that day in the pool without any reported concern.
