I'm so sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay with us, because of the need to request heater and your broken van which we could not accept in our car park. I understand how frustrating that must have felt, however, we have informed you before your arrival via Expedia messenger, that we do not accept vans or any large cars, because it is not possible to park them withing parking lines due to a narrow space.

It is our pleasure, that you had a great overnight stay and enjoyed good views at the breakfast. We regret that The Brighton Hotel didn’t meet your expectations due to our car park charge. We believe that our prices are most competitive within Brighton and Hove, especially seafront location, where at the daytime prices go up to £3.50 per hour, but we charge £18 for night stay. Regarding early wake up call from housekeeping and a room on a bit of a slant- please accept our apologies, but we do hope that you were able to speak with one of our Duty Managers to discuss your unpleasantness.
