Hôtel très propre à moins de 150 mètres de la station métro El righa .Centres commerciaux très proches et des restaurants toutes spécialités sur l avenue de l hôtel. Accueil très bien et chambres très propres avec tout le nessessaire de la salle de bain.

Hôtel bien situé dans un quartier animé. Tous types de transport à proximité immédiate (Bus, métro, navettes) Service de chambre très moyen : pas de sèche-cheveux (prévu à la location de chambre) malgré deux réclamations rien n'est jamais venu; des manquements également dans le changement des serviettes de toilette. Wifi uniquement dans le hall d'entrée.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier d'Al Rigga. Très confortable, service impeccable, chambre très grande (nous avons été surclassés) et très bien équipée. Agréable piscine sur le toit bien qu'un peu petite.

Très bon hôtel
Agréable séjour du début jusqu'à la fin (3 semaines). Le personnel est souriant, aimable et assez réactif. Hôtel très bien situé : avenue, restaurants, magasins, supermarché...Je n'hésiterai pas à y séjourner de nouveau lors de mon prochain voyage à Dubaï.

A notre arrivée, nous avons été surclassé, le personnel super sympa ! Juste petit hic le soir de l'arrivée, jai du re-nettoyer les wc. Puis les jours suivants la chambre était faite avec draps changés et produits gel douche fournis. Nous avions une chambre située loin de la discothèque donc pas de soucis á ce niveau (ce que j'appréhendais avec deux enfants en bas âge). Hôtel très bien situé, beaucoup de restaurants a proximité, nous avions un large choix ! Pas de surprises non plus au niveau du paiement des nuits d'hôtel, la somme indiquée sur le site est prélevée puis sur place la taxe de séjour multiplié par le nombre de nuitée restaient à payer.

globalement cette hotel est plutôt bien. il est situé à proximité d'une station de metro . les chambres sont spacieuse, literie entièrement neuve .belle salle de bain. piscine sympathique sur le toit .les moins se situe au niveau du personnel . accueil froid et pas tres aimable .le mènage de notre chambre n'a pas était fait .donc nous nous sommes retrouvés avec nos serviettes de la veille .mais bon ce n'est qu'un détaille .pour conclure hotel pas cher à proximité du metro et belle chambre .je recommande.

Bon service, chambre confortable, seul bémol le wifi ne fonctionnait pas très bien mais bon je ne peux pas certifier que cela ne vient pas de mon téléphone, et sur le site il était marqué a 3 km de l'aéroport mais en fait c'était a 9 km.

Bonjour, il faut harceler la réception pour que la chambre soit nettoyée. On vous met dans une chambre sans que l'on est vérifié auparavant que tout est ok. J'étais la bas en 2009 cétait bien, jy étais de nouveau en 2013 pour la dernière fois. De plus la rue est mal fréquentée!!!! Pour ce prix ou un peu plus on peut avoir beaucoup mieux. pas de cuisine dans la chambre, pas de machine à laver. Un balcon mais on ne vous donne pas la clé pour ouvrir la porte. Un garage très chaud et petit pour un hotel de 7 étages. Plusieurs choses à revoir!!!

Checking-in & out and staffs are really helpful and room is good but needs to be upgraded. Also balcony needs to re design to use. The location is really the best and can find walkable distance cafe & restaurants. Also the shopping malls. Overall the staying is really good and recommend this place

I think the rooms have been updated in the last couple of years. This is my second stay this year and the room had plenty of light, was clean, and the internet worked well. The location is good. There are lots of groceries and restaurants nearby and Reef Mall and Al Gauraud (Sp?) Mall are within a 10 to 15 minute walk. There is a good bar with a very talented Philippino band on site also. This is a pretty good hotel.

They may have updated the rooms. A year ago I was here and there was trouble getting hot water and wifi. Now that was fine. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is good with a couple of malls, Reef and Al Ghura(?) within walking distance and lots of stores in between. Good entertainment in the Manila21 club on the second level. Overall a pretty good stay for the price.

Poor service, management, run down condition, worn-out towels! so gross! I'm ashamed I stayed here for 4 nights I had a prepaid stay. A Trap! Zero stars! I won't share the pics let's just leave it at that.
