The amenities and rooms are high standards, as expected. Parking space next to the building (extra charge), gym, hotel umbrellas available for rental and room upgrade received with Expedia Gold customers. We had troubles having lunch at the restaurant or bar, even though advertised as available from 12:00 everywhere in the hotel, so don't rely on that. Overall a mixed bag, good infrastructures with room for improvement on management.

Someone broke into my expedia account and used my money to book 2 nights at this hotel. When I saw what's happening I called the hotel and expdia immediately to report while theif was still accommodating at the hotel. They didn't do anything about it. Since s/he already checked in they just let her stay and didn't refund my money. I highly believe that they are part of this scam. Don't stay here they can steal your card information and fraud you too.

Perfect for Symphony Hall excellent staff bedroom door looked as if it had been forced not a good loo. A little attention to detail around paintwork in bathroom would make a huge difference. These are small things but make a difference

The hotel was lovely. booked it as a last minute getaway for me and my fiancée with our 2 month old baby. They were very accommodating and the facilities were everything we needed including a mini fridge to store milk which was a bonus. The breakfast is well worth the money, omelettes made to order were delicious. We didn't have any evening meals but did use the bar which was relaxed and had a massive selection of drinks available. thanks for a great stay! (the showers were absolutely wonderful too)

A perfectly good, serviceable hotel, convenient to the City Center and the railway station by tram. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Good value for the price paid.

I am very regular to this hotel , stayed more than 15 times , they always give me drinks vouchers and upgrade the rooms , but this time was my worst time ever in this place , we were couple and they allocated me twin room, room was not the one which I booked , Rapheal on reception he was bit friendly, he changed my room from 3rd to 8th floor, which was very noisy and closed to lift , and planing to change my regular place coz of this experience, towels got marks and seems like not been changed , plz try to improve

The hotel overall is nice and clean, but the car park entrance is quite difficult to locate. As next to it are 2 pubs and bars, at night you can still hear the music and beats through the windows, quite annoying to be honest.

I think you need to improve available car parkings. There are so many parking spaces available, but on arrival I really struggle to find one. It took me so long to find a space as the car park was full. Maybe you should ask costumers in advance if they are driving to the property and allocate a car park space for them.

Very nice and safe hotel in the best area to see the city. Lovely large rooms with updated bathrooms was nicely welcomed. The staff were among the best we have had in hotels. The four star for the properties condition and facilities is because the inner windows needs to be cleaned, the walls need to be touched up with a little paint. If it is possible for this hotel to have a pool, it would be on another level. Will be back!!

The noise from the nightclub across the road was so loud. The bass was coming through the walls until 4am. Worst night sleep in a hotel ever. Unfortunately not exactly the hotels fault but I think people should know. I would not stay again for this reason.

The hotel is great. One day there was only one set of towels left for two people. I asked for more towels and when I returned back to the room, a huge pile of towels was left on the bed… they were all small hand towels… very strange.
