L’hôtel et les équipements sont appréciables L’accueil est minimaliste et la chambre n’est pas faite le 2 eme jour. Pour ce type de standing ce n’est pas acceptable. La chambre est par ailleurs spacieuse et agréable et dispose d’une belle vue. Quant au quartier c’est beaucoup moins sympa, sale et peu fréquentable … le Valet et le parking sécurisé sont indispensables….

Bel hotel, bien situé. Par contre beaucoup de bruits le soir avec des jeunes qui criaient dans les couloirs.

Comfortable room but horrible service
Comfortable hotel room, very spacious and nice view from the room. The service on the other hand is disappointing. When I was checking out I asked them to sent someone get the luggages from my room to bring downstairs and it took them an hour. Every little service you asked you wait at least 45min in this hotel.

家族で3泊しました。 70階がロビーで、外出の際も部屋に戻る際も 一旦70階を経由する必要があるのがとても面倒でした。 ホテルもお部屋も綺麗でした。 水は言わないと冷蔵庫に補充されなかったのと 夜にお湯が欲しかったのにないと言われて フロントに掛け合ってようやく部屋までもってきてくれました。45分以上かかりました。 個人的にはインターコンチでこの対応はないと思いました。 またシャワーのボディソープのボトルが3日間空っぽでした。アメニティの入れ物も初日は空でした。 外観は素敵なのに、サービスが伴っていないと思います。いいホテルで期待値が高いからこそ、サービスの残念な点がとても目立ちました。 立地は大変良くおいしいレストランやカフェなども楽しめました。

What did we not like - the fact that you have to take am elevator up 70 floors to the hotel lobby just to check in then get in another set of elevators to go down to your floor- but if you wanna go out the hotel, you have to go back up to the lobby to get in the other elevators to go back down to floor 1 and this wouldn't be such a pain if we didn't have a dog that needed to be walked several times per day. Everything else was great. Staff is f friendly, extremely accommodating, the drinks on the rooftop bar are amazing. The breakfast every morning is worth paying up front for because they charge more per person if you don't. We stayed 6 nights 7 days and it was amazing. Experienced all sorts of views and weather and sunsets. 10 out of 10 would do it again/ would recommend. The elevators were a pain tho.

Our stay at the intercontinental was amazing from the first day and until the last day we left. We had an upgrade to our room and late check out because of our flight schedule. The staff, ho the staff is the best, they remember and call us by our names every time we interact with them. Big shout out to Stephen and the staff in the dining. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. We had a room with a view and it was exactly as described. We were on the 58th floor and the views were breathtaking!!! I highly recommend this property as I will stay here ever time I visit LA.

The lock on our room died so we were locked out at 2am for over 20 minutes. Valet also took like 15 minutes to bring our car down after we called (in advance). Otherwise, stay was okay. Enjoyed it more when we stayed last month.
