Établissement en mauvais état. Parking payant - 15 pounds. Pas de place disponible si l’on ne veux pas utiliser le parking extérieur.

hôtel de charme à deux pas de magnifiques plages.
Hôtel plein de charme mais vieillissant ( sol, robinetterie...) mais sans enlever à la prestation globale. à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville et 5 minutes de la plage. Pas de climatisation et bien expliqué par différentes consignes dans la chambre. Comme dans beaucoup de lieux ultra touristique, pas de parking garantie. Espace détente tout à fait correct pour piscine et sauna.

Good value for money hotel. Room was very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Parked off street which was pretty easy to avoid a 15 quid bill from the car park. Sauna and steam room were lovely but the pool was freezing and full of screaming children.

I didn’t like the space in the bathroom , room (228) between the bath and the toilet, if you were a larger person you wouldn’t have been able to use the toilet, or you would have got stuck

Convenient location. Parking restricted if you can’t get a space in the car park you have to find a space in a side road if you’re lucky! Parking a bit pricy at £15. Comfortable stay.

Booked family room with bunk bed for 1 adults and 2 children and when I walk to the room I just had double bed When I asking in reception they said when you book family room with bunk bed it's not essential you can get it. So where its point paid for room when you not get it?

"Haunted hotel"I had the pleasure of 1 lift and 2 doors noises to keep me up all night and at 6 am heart attack knocking from the staff for a fire ( which didnt trigger no Alarm and it couldnt be seen or felt ( might have been a April fool Joke). Im yet to figure out. On a positive note the staff were polite in dealings.

Loved hotel and surrounding area,only thing I could have a little moan about was the lounge bar food prices were expensive..very thin bread ham and mustard sandwich with handful of crisps and one lettuce leaf was £7.50..😳😳😳

The guy at reception at check in really fidnt want to be there. Everything was an effort. Handed room card and waffled around directions under his breath. Went back layer to ask to use the pool, was given the key and towels but no directions. Always felt we were making him work. The hotel itself was ok. Good breakfast, clean, litte pool. If you ate travelling with a pushchsir or wheelchair, there is no easy access to the property. The lift wouldn't even fit our pushchair.

A repeat visit and didn't disappoint. A step ladder is needed for getting into bed but it was really comfortable once in! This time we had a sea view too.

Great night's sleep, everything else average
My stay was good overall, bedroom was lovely and clean, the bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The other facilities... not so great. I didn't have the breakfast because the produce didnt look fresh and I'm glad I didn't pay for it. Also the leisure facilities were not fully working, sauna and steam rooms were out of service. They were child-friendly which is fine but trying to relax in a pool with screaming children isn't great, so I wish they had perhaps adult-only times? I'd return for a great nights sleep but wouldn't use the facilities and I'd skip the breakfast again

I booked a 14 nights stay at the hotel my room cleaned daily bed 🛌 very comfortable bathroom cleaned daily aswell swimming pool and steam room very good sauna good Hotel breakfast excellent hotel staff friendly etc thanks.

Brilliant staff
Good hotel, staff were really friendly and helpful. needs abit of a update but for the price really good hotel. had a issue with our radiator and within 10 minutes they had a heater brought up to us. the bed pretty comfy and breakfast was definitely worth the money a lot of choice to choose from. Just as we was leaving it was pouring with rain so I asked at reception if there was any taxis we could call, she was very helpful and pressed a button and told us that it would be with us in 5 mins.

Restaurant staff lovely and friendly, reception staff a bit quiet and not very chatty. Pool freezing cold and not very inviting. Room lovely though bathroom needs touching up and towels really naff and old. Hotel needs a bit of updating as looks a bit tired and old fashioned. Good location though for the town and beach.

Fabulous and friendly hotel
Excellent room with a refurbished en-suite. Fab check in with our room being moved due to a Xmas party on at the hotel and that’s even before we got to our room. Buffet breakfast delicious with a wide variety of choice and cooked breakfast hot. Was booked for 2 nights but now extended it for an extra couple of nights.

The location was good, close to the seafront and centre of town. The (compact) room was very cramped, I had to turn sideways to pass the wardobe and could touch the walls from the bed and there was nowhere to put a suitcase down! The shower knob didn’t work, phone in room didn’t work, dust on the lights in the bathroom, tiny towels, no toiletries. It was ok, but I would rather use the Premier Inn next time for the price.

Rooms have a bad smell, sub standard condition. People smoking outside front entrance. All rounder hotel very tired and dated. Wish I never booked and will certainly never book again. Waste of £150.00

Very nice stay. The restaurant would be much better to be a carvery only as the wait on the a la cartel menu was unacceptable with many requests for our meal.

When I arrived at the hotel, they were very rude people I could not believe they wanted to see a passport just to check in who carries a passport. I went to the bedroom absolutely disgusting shower blocked sink blocked the smallest TV in the world post be a supreme bedroom it was a big joke. Do not recommend it to no one
