Très bel hotel, chambre très spacieuse mais personnel indien maîtrisant très mal l'anglais difficile de se faire comprendre, l petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur du nombre d'étoiles, café flotte à l'américaine, choix très oriental des produits... Salle de gym piscine et hammam sauna de très bonne facture

No need to go into a lot of details. This here is by far the worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time.

Very Accommodating!
What I liked about this hotel was its location close proximity to the Mall of Dhahran. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfy. The only con was the size of the bathroom. It was very small and the shower had no curtain, just a glass divider that covered half the shower. Not a big deal because the comfort of the room made up for it.

We booked a family apartment for a short stay. Overall, we did not like this hotel and we may not stay again there. For the record, it's not a 5-star hotel.

Lovely stay
Hotel was lovely with lots of different utilities the hotel is very clean and all the staff are amazingly nice Maybe the only problem was parking the upper parking is quite small for nearly 30 cars and the bedroom parking was full of unused cars and junk other than that we had a magnificent stay

The Worst Hotel Ever
The hotel is TERRIBLE. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially for a guest in a business trip. It is kind of apartment building more that to be five stars hotel. You can easily hear others laughing and talking in the next room. I asked to change my room for unreasonable noisy. The second room I moved to has a mechanical issue in AC that made a very noisy sound that prevented me from sleep. The hotel could not fix it, nor they change the room. When I asked for refund, they said (sorry the hotel policy does not allow for refund)! I really have not had such treatment on my travels around the world.

Generlly good hotel but poor housekeeping
It was good hotel with restaurant, room facility, good lobby but housekeeping service was very poor. I had to ask more than 3 times for ironing machine and room cleaning wasn't done until 4pm. The towels were not fully replaced. If they can improve on this part, would be best at the price level.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Mit Pool und Essen ist sehr ok.
Ein insgesamt sehr schönes Hotel und gut geeignet für Geschäftsreisende. Der Sport-Bereich ist sehr gut gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Der Innen-Pool im 6.OG ist warm und bis 23:00 geöffnet. Zum Frühstück wird Omelette frisch zubereitet und die Auswahl an Speisen ist ausreichend. Es gibt einheimische Speisen, aber auch eine "Europäische Ecke" mit Croissants usw. Die Säfte sind lecker und das Geschirr ist sauber. Die Angestellten sind immer sehr engagiert und auch als ich das kleine Problem mit dem schwachen WiFi Signal in meinem Zimmer hatte, was sofort jemand da und hat mir geholfen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall nächstes Mal wieder dort einchecken und meinen Aufenthalt genießen.

Parking is good. No smile on the face of reception staff. The lobby is warn, need to crank up the cooling.
