Fully remodeled contemporary brick ranch in a prime location—perfect for large groups! Minutes to Downtown Littleton and 20 minutes to Downtown Denver. Quick access to I-25, C-470, and I-70 makes exploring Colorado a breeze. Close to Swedish, Craig, and Littleton hospitals. The Denver Tech Center is just 10 minutes away, and you're only an hour from the nearest ski slopes or Colorado Springs! The University of Denver is 6.8 miles away. The main floor has 3 bedrooms; one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed. Pack and Play crib available as well as a high chair that fits on a chair. Main floor bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub/shower combo. Dream kitchen with gas stove and everything needed to cook meals when you want to stay in. Cute breakfast nook and separate dining area for 4. Cozy living room with a television and electric fireplace. The basement has an additional bedroom with a queen bed and desk. Beds were comfortable and living area spacious. Upstairs bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain, garbage piled up outside, counters and floors were sticky with crumbs throughout. Garbage disposal did not work properly.

Great location. Check in was delayed due to water damage to a bedroom. Part of our group had to wait until the bedroom was cleaned out, so waited in car. Nice to have pack n play & baby gate. Floors were creaky, which if there wouldn’t have been a baby sleeping, wouldn’t have mattered as much. Was very clean.

We loved our stay! It was clean and well stocked with almost everything we needed. Only thing missing was a pizza cutter. Everywhere we needed to go was only about a 30 min or less drive. It was a quiet neighborhood. My kids loved having their own area downstairs! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the house for our daughter’s wedding. The location was great. Near to everything. Very walkable neighborhood. Communication with the host was great. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my daughter’s dog. My only comment is the mattress in the twin bed room and downstairs , I was told we’re not comfortable and creeked. Otherwise awesome rental.

A bedroom wasn't fully cleaned under bed. The fridge water spicket was leaking and water was all over kitchen floor by fridge. Only two rolls of toilet paper for whole house and one garbage bag. The spindles on the stair well are loose and if you have children be careful as they break away easily. Over all though the property was nice and for the short time we were there it met our needs. Not happy about paying as much as we did considering the state of the property at the time and the lack of toilet/clean supplies.

It was a lovely place. I loved the open concept that allows you to see everything from the kitchen. The downstairs couch was very comfortable. The washer and dryer are excellent. The downstairs in general was a great private area for our son, his wife and their babies. The entire house was very comfortable and in a good location. We appreciated the laundry and dishwasher pods. I would recommend this house to a family that likes to be together and yet enjoy their own space. usIttouch.touch.though

Met our needs for long weekend. House and fenced yard was a lot bigger than we thought. Yard great for our dogs to roam safely. Convenient location to most of Southwest Metro area. Bring all of your own bathroom supplies!
