Very decent Inn!
We stayed one night at this place, very comfortable bef and nice breakfast. Great location and reasonable price.

Situé à 20 minutes de marche de l'hôtel, Denver est une ville sécuritaire avec de très beaux parcs et un aménagement urbain très moderne. Il n' y a aucun services autour de l'hôtel... pas de resto, pas de boutiques,

I didn’t actually stay there due to construction. There were tents next to the hotel and it is in a pretty sketchy area. Lots of Venezuelan refugees.

They moved us to a different hotel several miles away that had no different or better amenities, covered in black mold and over incredibly inconvenient. The lady that called to inform us was rude and kept saying this was an upgrade.

Migrant housing-not a hotel
It is a migrant long term stay living place. Guessing, a couple hundred migrants hanging around making tons of noise. The room was last used for family. King bed pushed against the wall allowing for a second double bed to fit. No frame on double bed. Locks to outside door was kicked thru. No coffee pot and phone was discounted. Talked to manager and she rudely blew me off.

I stayed for 3 nights and they never came to clean the room, the people at the counter were very rude, I never thought I would have a bad experience in a hotel in the USA. The elevator stank, everything was super bad.

No bueno
This place is ghetto af. The air conditioning didn’t work, we could t get the bathroom light to shut off so had to leave it on the whole time and just shut the door at night. My feet and arms got bit by some type of bugs in the room. I guess room cleaning is a thing of the past. This was a place I def wore water shoes when showering and never walked bare foot. It was ok for a place to sleep but probably wouldn’t come back.

This is the second time we have booked this property and they always have issues moving us to sister properties the day of our arrival. The location is the only positive about this property and it’s very frustrating being moved to another property with little to short notice.

Bad experience. We got booted from our reservation because if migrants. Which we picked this hotel due to how close it was to the venue we were going to. Got sent to the Super 8 in Wheatridge which was over 7 miles away from original hotel. Super 8 was dirty and walls were thin. Super 8 was $65 cheaper than what we originally booked. Quality Inn will not refund us the difference. Will never book with them again.

Unsafe, Squalid Inn not Quality in Denver
I did not stay in this hotel more than ten minutes after check-in. The door to the room was wide open when I first walked up to it. The screen on the window was ripped and flailing in the wind. It was adjacent to the hotels roof. There was no lock on the window casing making it impossible to close properly. I felt the room was unsafe and not a room where you could bring any personal possessions. The lobby was full of people laying on the floor sleeping and many unsupervised children. I did not attempt to get a refund from the front desk clerk. However I would like a refund from Hotels com.

FRAUD!!! The hotel contacted me directly and ask me to pay for my room because they were going to be full. When I arrived the next day the night manager Pablo had canceled my reservation and kept my money! He charged the entire weekend to my card but canceled my reservation! When I spoke to the other manager angelique, she says they are a team and they have to back each other up even if it's fraud. THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY.

There were crowds of people drinking in the parking lot, kids running around. A group would not move so that we cpuld get into our room. When we did get in the room, it was verybdirty including the linens, bathroom, and floors. We left immediately. Demanded a refund, but we had to go through the 3rd party site we used to book, and they denied our refund.

The hotel is appalling - I can only conclude it is ready to be torn down as it has not seen any decoration or modifications in years…. Avoid! Book the Hampton inn over the road.

Would not recommend
The quality inn was connected to the rodeway motel. We couldnt stay at this establishment becaise it felt unsafe and unclean. The Quality inn did make it right and put us up in one of their other establishments the Comfort Inn. It was not where we originally wantdd to be, but it was safer and cleaner.

This us a non smoking facility, but my room smelled like cigarettes. I did not feel safe, was worried about my vehicle and checked out 2 hrs after checking in and secured another hotel. I understand there are many migrants, but this was more of an extended stay place than a hotel.

I went to take a shower and wasn’t working had to go to front desk and get a key to go to next room to take a shower. Never again I will start there.
