L'hotel est vieux, sent mauvais, il est egalement sale. Le fait qu'il soit encore ouvert est certainement uniquement dû à sa localisation. Lors de mon sejour en sortant il y avait plein déclat de verre dans le couloir proche du lobby. La.personne de la reception a bien entendu le verre éclater mais elle est restée sur son téléphone et j ai du lui demander de venir afin de régler la situation.... Je ne retournerai jamais dans cet hotel...

This place should be your last option in Denver
Not so good, half the lights and outlets didn’t work in the room. Also the shower was either burning hot or insanely cold. This place was just out dated and not well maintained. Would not recommend

the property is not what i saw in the pictures. the carpet has stains holes as well. the walls were dirty and paint was awful. when you are walking to your room everything is outdated and dirty walls and carpet as well. phone didn't work to call for service. in the restroom the tub was dirty and stained as well including a bid hole under the door from the restroom. not enough towels. this was my worst experience ever in a Hotel it looks like if was a 2 star hotel very poor. This was my first time in Denver the stay was horrible. people staying there had dogs. Never again.

Not disappointed.
It was okay. Not bad... not fantastic. Place was decently clean, besides the clumps of hair I found in the bathroom, but I can deal with that for the price...employees were nice. Housekeeping was wonderful. The location sucked, but was still within walking distance of great places to eat. I would stay here again but if I can afford a nicer place next time, I’ll opt for that.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at this place! The area is horrendous and the hotel is horrible! The front door as you walk in was busted and taped up, after entering the hotel I immediately canceled my reservations at that point I didn’t even want to see the rooms. Of course you know at some of these places the pictures online or never what they are once you go to the hotel. This one was very very disappointing.

What did I like about this property? NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL. Let me start with saying that the pictures are a straight-up lie. This is a rundown hotel that smells like pure weed even from the outside of the lobby. There were homeless people everywhere that would get close to our car and kept looking at all our luggage. We just wanted a place to spend the night, nothing fancy, but FILTH and DANGER are not acceptable, especially not for my family. If you think I am exaggerating, there is a locked door with a code to enter the lobby area just because of how unsafe the hotel is. The room we got assigned was NASTY!!! The sheets were legit YELLOW and stained with makeup and other unknown substances. Let me not even start with the bathroom, that looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. We tried a second room to see if it was cleaner and it was probably worse than the same one. We packed our things and left, because no decent human being deserves to even step in a place like this. Please think twice about staying here because I know I will NEVER stay at Ramada again.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room had black mold in the shower. The curtain to the sliding door was broke on both ends and the sliding door itself didn’t lock and it was right by the smoking area. The room smelt awful and there was dried up toothpaste still in the sink from the last people who were in there. I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

Man they are very unprofessional. They had broken windows the phone didn’t work and we had to move the dresser in order to plug the tv up. They had bed bugs !!

The property is in need of renovations. The front door was broken/cracked. The carpeting throughout common areas and in rooms had many stains and was dirty. The main elevator was broken. The fixtures in the room and bathroom also needed updating.

We actually never spent the night in this hotel. It turned out to be in a very sketchy part of Denver. I smoke so I would need to go outside at night and I wouldn’t have felt safe, even with my dog!! My husband and I decided to just go home and eat the cost of this hotel.

Hotel is in a convenient location! Parking felt safe, and there is free wifi, although it didn't reach my room! Not the cleanest place I've stayed at, but it was priced very nicely. My only complaint is that upon checkin, they couldn't find my reservation. Then the first room they gave me a key to had someone else's belongings in it, so I had to go back downstairs and request a room change.

Due to COVID?
The hotel is in a bad area, ... idk if it’s just due to COVID, but lots of homeless all around. A police officer actually told us while he was parked in the parking lot of the hotel... to make sure to get all our stuff out of the car and trunk. Due to homeless breaking in. The hotel itself was decent enough for the price though. The area was another question though.

Staff is coping with Covid requirements best they can. Cleanliness of common areas is a concern. Location is great for access to many tourist attractions but is also in Capitol area, site of recent riots. Lots of homeless people and panhandling around. Would not recommend walking around neighborhoods especially after dark.

This place was great! My room was pristine, the service was quick and polite, and the beds were cozy. The other reviews had me worried before I arrived, but I almost feel like I stayed in a different hotel entirely. I have zero complaints! ... Okay, maybe the carpet had a tiny stain or two on it. But for the amazing price and proximity to downtown, I'd accept half a dozen such stains. Thanks for the wonderful stay, Ramada!

This hotel looks like a Trap house. Crackheads running all through there. They first gave me a room with a number code (and tissue in the door where the card is supposed to slide) when I called the girl goes “oohh you in that room, and gave me a code, I asked for another room she told me I had to come downstairs to bring her the keys so I don’t have access to two rooms because she was there by herself (but had somebody behind the desk with her). The pictures look NOTHING like what this hotel looks like.

The only thing I thought was okay with the room, was it seemed reasonably clean. My biggest complaint is that we weren't given the room I booked. I am a senior lady in a wheelchair, and needed an accessible room. The room they gave us was not a 2 queen beds accessible bathroom. I couldn't get into the bathroom at all. So, then, after talking with the rude desk clerk, she sent us to a room with 1 King size bed. The bathroom and toilet were accessible, but I was unable to use the shower at all, as the shower bench was wobbly. So, we were very unhappy about that, as well!
