Please be aware of the next door parking. They have me a fine, even when I added more money (overnight). We are currently in dispute. That parking lot is a scam. Just be careful

The hotel was adequate for the cost. Only two complaints. 1 - the pool was pretty gross. The kids wouldn’t even go in it a second time. 2 - the housekeeping was only every other day - which was only a big deal because the second time they should have cleaned was skipped. We ran out of toilet paper on the last morning we were there.

The front desk staff wasn't very friendly at all. I must have missed about parking as they only have valet at $45/ night! Around the property (my view out our window) was so filthy - trash,liquor bottles even needles! No drinks in the store area, when i asked i was told waiting on the truck (thinking today) i said what time will it arrive/ stock He said i don't know sometime next week! My phone didn't work in my room so walked to the front desk to tell them my TV wasn't working he said I'll contact (forgot what he said) NEVER heard from him again the rest of my time there. Thank God we fixed it! The breakfast was great AND the housekeeping staff very nice n helpful! I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff is super rude. Parking sucks, they don’t tell you it’s $45 A NIGHT!! So we had to park down the street. We asked about parking and they were totally dismissive because I didn’t want to pay $90 to park for the weekend. Like this isn’t Vegas, it’s Denver. Hotel parking as a guest should be free. Area is not safe and definitely sketch. Furniture in the rooms is janky, bed is uncomfortable, closet and bathroom are really small, fridge is old and smells like stale food. Not happy we’re stuck here for the weekend. I was going to hang out in the room while my husband did his stuff and now I will not be because the hotel sucks. We do not like it and do not recommend at all. The only thing we liked was the size of the room and that it looks clean in the room minus the cheap wobbly tables. Worst decision for hotels. DO NOT STAY HERE

Room was pretty nice. I like the room serviced every day and they only come every other day on a 3 night stay or longer. We had to go pick up towels. The breakfast was decent. Make your own waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, plus cold options like cereal, yogurt, toast, etc. The only parking is valet and its kinda pricey at $45/night, especially if you tip a few bucks every time they park or retrieve your car.

Property was clean and all the staff were helpful. We did store our bags for a couple of hours after our checkout so we could explore before we had to leave town. They were very accomodating. Only complaint is the parking, which they have none other than the $45.00 valet parking. We parked in the open lot next door that was reasonably priced but we did have to renew at midnight which was difficult when you are tired from traveling. The one next to the building has a way to renew after midnight on your phone so just take a picture of the QR Code and do it from your phone.

I would advise against staying here. Our stay was HORRIBLE. First, there is no parking for this hotel. You either have to park on the street and keep feeding parking meters, pay to park in one of the private lots surrounding the hotel, or pay the hotel $45 PER NIGHT for crappy "valet" service. Second, there was still somebody else's trash in our room, so obviously the cleaning staff is lacking. Third, the pool was so packed full of chemicals that it burned your eyes just being in the pool room, rendering the pool as useless. Lastly - and this was the big one - a hotel employee burned toast in the kitchen and set off the fire alarms throughout the entire building at 6:40am. It took them nearly 20 minutes to get the alarms shut off. For people who are trying to REST UP because they are TRAVELING this is completely unacceptable. I would rather sleep peacefully in my vehicle next time than I would stay at, and get ripped off by, this hotel ever again.

The stay was very nice. Nice polite staff and atmosphere. Was obnoxiously woken up at 6:40AM because someone burned a bagel in the toaster. Other than that, the stay was nice.

There was no Free parking!! Only option for parking was valet for $45!!! None of the parking lots around the hotel offered over night parking. Very disappointing.

We had asked for a maintenance man to check our toilet. No action was taken. We had to ask for a toilet plunger twice and resorted to using the facilities in the lobby. Otherwise, it was nice and safe and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distances.
