Bel hôtel
L'hôtel est très bien et le personnel très aidant. Nous avions eu un soucis dans notre chambre et la personne à la réception a tout de suite pris les choses en main pour nous changer de chambre sans soucis. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux et complet. Petit bémol sur la piscine et la jacuzzi un peu frais !

Tres bien
Tres grande chambre , tres propre, petit déjeuner asssez varié . Piscine couverte un peu fraiche mais le jacuzzi est chaud ( 40) . Personnel tres sympathique, bcp d’informations touristiques. Si je reviens dans cette ville, je retournerai dans cet hôtel. Quartier assez chic, propre et agréable.

Room was okay for the price. Clean and plenty of towels. I would have preferred shampoo/conditioner dispenser. Overall, the shower needs updating. Hot tub was in good working order and pool area was clean.

We had a great time. The room was very outdated. Also there was a hole in our 1 wall were someone punched it. The bathroom tub did not work. We were there for 4 days and only on the final day didcthe waffle machine work. Despite all of that we would stay again. The kids loved the pool and hot tub.

Property looking run down and rough. Probably also needs staff. The young lady who checked us in was pleasant. She had to wash and dry towels as there was none in the pool area for most of the day. This is about a $45 room not a $120 a night room/hotel. First off, small barking dog in the room directly across the hall, barked at anything coming down the hall, asked and was given a room father down from his yappy a**. Also, the TV in the room was non-functioning. Second room was rough. Clipped toe nails on the floor by the bed, it was clear it had not been cleaned--nasty! Mold on the walls in the bathroom along with a lot of rust on the floors, tub and fixtures. Assuming there was a leak in the bathroom above us, as there was also drywall cracks and pretty decent damage (MOLD) Ran out of hot water after 2 (quick) showers, ugg. Outlet by the bed was faulty, going in and out. Some sort of white stain on the sofa cusion, right in the middle and I believe it was just wear but I did not inspect it further. Pool area was nasty. Towels thrown around the entire area like it had not been cleaned in a week (hench the front desk staff having to do laundry!) The hot tube looked like it has ocean sea foam in it, and was so dirty you could see BROWN film on top of it. Too much chemical so I am guessing they just dumped it in and said screw it. Tampon in the pool (unused but..) need I go on. I am not a snob with rooms... but this was rough. Migrant housing??

The pool was murky, the spa had so much chlorine it made our eyes burn, the waffle maker was broken, there was trash under the bed, and the chair was broken in our room. Employees were nice.

We always stay here when we're in the Denver area. However, this time I was a little disappointed. The parking lot was full of snow, so there were limited spaces, and ice everywhere. The molding around the bathtub in room 204 needs to be replaced. Whoever fixed it before didn't bother to cut the correct angles so the tiles could meet. Lastly, the waffle maker was no where to be found.

Boogers on the walls by bed. Dirty brown comforters on both beds. Gum stuck to sheet. Charged me triple what the room cost - even though the amount i confirmed was a $50 deposit - they charged me an extra $220.

We authorized the card you provided for the room, tax and incidentals, since this was a pay at hotel reservation, I am sorry if you were misinformed on the process. Anything authorized over the room and tax will be released back toy our card. Again I am sorry for the issues you experienced.

When we checked in we rang the bell and waited for a good 10 minutes until someone arrived to check us in. It was around 4 pm. I did not know there was a 50.00 deposit. Someone had spilled a sticky drink in the elevator and no one cleaned it up in the 2 days we stayed at the hotel. The room was clean. It is a convenient location.

I booked the trip for me and my wife and when I got there they gave me a deposit that was not mentioned in anything and didn't have the funds on my card but I did have it in cash and they wouldn't accept it and so we slept in our car and f*** them probably won't see a refund for $100 they would rather let us sleep in the car than f****** wave a fee that's ridiculous

The hot tub didnt work. I asked for a room with a bath, they gave us the handicap room with a seat in the shower. Room wasnt fully cleaned when we entered. Broken closet door with broken glass on front. Definitely a wild time. Please use less chlorine in your pool and let guest know the heater is broken. Very disappointed

On the fourth and final night of our stay, I woke up and used the washroom. I lifted a towel off the floor and out ran bugs that were black with a brown stripe. I killed the bugs and took one down to the front desk on a tissue as we checked out. The desk clerk put the bug and tissue into a resealable plastic bag, stating that there was a poster in the back to identify bugs. I confirmed with the desk clerk that the manager would be in later that morning, as we checked out at 6am and that the manager would contact me. That was 4 days ago and I have heard nothing.

Short stay
The lady who checked me is was very helpful. The room was nice. Was disappointed that someone turned the heat off to the hot tub and pool. Was not able to use them cause they were freezing. The last day of breakfast i was not able to have juice cause the machine was not working.

The initial view was good. Good front desk service, good interaction. The room was smelly and warm when entered The A/C did t work well to cool off roo. In the evening. The room had a musty smell. Breakfast was what a continental was expected. Had some drain issues but eas resolved in a few days. The pool was a good pool. Needed some cleaning after the 3rd day. Otherwise wasn't a bad hotel.

It seems like the staff might just be sleeping in the back because upon check in the young lady was amazing that checked us in but she left shortly after our arrival and a young man was working the desk after she left, twice after check in I went to the front desk and the first time it was 17 minutes I waited to get service and the second time was 11minutes. The second time I went to the desk was to buy a sprite a 16.9 oz sprite not even a 20 ox bottle and a Klondike bar and Twix ice cream bar, the young man said it would be $27 for 2 ice cream bars and a 16.9 oz Sprite and he explained that each ice cream bar was $8 each and $11 for the “16.9 oz” Sprite at a total of $27 I repeatedly asked him if the price was correct and he assured me it was the right price so I didn’t purchase anything at that time because who would pay that amount for 2 ice cream bars and a soda so I put all the items back but strangely I was still charged $11 for a soda that I put back. The room was okay but the people next to us and above were so loud at 1 a.m. we had to call the front desk to tell them but I think they were too scared to confront the people. The breakfast….ugh the breakfast was horrible and what’s crazy is they have a self serve coke machine that of course doesn’t work but it’s the same bland lame breakfast as the other hotels but on a good note they have cheese omelette and no powdered eggs, also my husband cut his feet on broken glass left in our room so now he has to get a tetanus
