Hello Heather, First - let me apologize - No one should ever have to clean their own room let alone pay for their own cleaning products. I am only sorry that when you checked in to your room at 3:18 pm with several staff members and management on property you did not let us know your room was unacceptable. Our rooms are brand new and we take great pride in knowing we have some of the cleanest rooms in the area. I am equally sorry when you checked out 10:07am with our Assistant General Manager that these concerns were not brought to her attention. Not only our rooms cleanliness but our hospitality is well know and when wrong, we make it right. During your two day stay, we would have hoped your discomfort would be brought to our attention. I am so very sorry this was your experience. Thank you for letting us know so we can ensure our future guests will not have this same experience.
