They do not have the room that I reserved they did not have breakfast that they said they had they would not give me any extra towels they wouldn't let me pay for an early check-in there was no working elevato the ice machine was dirty

The elevator was broken, should have been told about it beforehand or given a discount at check in. There were a couple of scantily clad women in high heels walking the sidewalk in front of the hotel.

Upon arrival to the property after waiting 15 mins to check in the guy at the desk was very unprofessional he was on the phone talking loud and fussing with the person on the phone while there was another guy in front of me and he was waiting for him to finish with him The elevator didn’t work and had to climb up three flights to the room and out side you have hookers standing and selling in front of the property it wasn’t a good stay at all.

My car was towed, the elevators doesn’t work. The front desk receptionist stated what floor I would be staying on out loud while the lobby was packed which is very unsafe due to me being alone. Horrible horrible place. I was coming in last night seeing women out front naked. never again!!!

The prostitution outside, the naked women walking around and they come up to the cars offering services. Not cool at all especial if you are traveling with kids and they were inside the hotel talking to the employees there at the front desk

Felt like it was on the strip in Vegas outside, bums following us to breakfast to ihop to half dress women prostitutes at the street entrance to the hotel. Come to find out it’s two blocks from Baby dolls a male club. Ugh

The only elevator was broken so I had to walk the steps when coming and going, no help offered to bring my bags upstairs. The area feels unsafe and there are prostitutes walking around. Employee at the front desk did say that the police are trying to address the problem, but they haven’t been successful.

We stayed here two nights and it was convenient for traveling to downtown and the airport. The breakfast was ok and the room was clean. Parking was adequate and seemed safe. The area had nice restaurants on the other side of the highway.

Hotel itself is not terrible and the staff was fine, but the location is dirty, noisy, with criminals and prostitutes milling around. This is not a safe area whatsoever. Beware.

The property could be cleaner. I stayed there 3days and never saw a housekeeper. I requested my room to be cleaned on the 2nd day and it was never done and the phone in the room did not work.

The front entrance is lined with prostitutes and I was traveling with young children. Not something that should be seen when pulling up to a hotel being that it’s located by the airport. But other than feeling like I was living in a real life GTA game. The building was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Multiple “working girls” (10 or more) walking the sidewalk in front of facilities. Continuous cars circling through the property and then passing on the street where the “girls” were. Felt unsafe in parking lot due to this. Definitely not a place for families because of this. Girls were literally wearing nothing but under clothing and spike heels.

front desk clerk very rude & disrespectful!! I had to ask him to stop talking to me in that manner & remember that I actually already paid to stay there! There were roaches in our room, couldn't turn on water in tub, the battery in the remote blew up, when we went to get another remote, he told us to wait because he was taking a break. He exchanged it with another old battery. Never sent housekeeping when we requested it. The ONLY good thing about this place was the size of the room we had!

The hotel was nice. It was clean and the room was spacious. The elevator didn’t work but it wasn’t an issue for us since we were on the first floor. Just beware of sex workers right outside of the hotel getting picked up.

It was very bad experience, bed sheets had stains on them, towels had wholes in them, elevator was out so we had to carry our luggage all the way to the top floor, and just a bad smell down the hallway.

If you stay in the room its great, but there were 30 prostitutes hanging around the parking lot and driveway and there is a strip club across the street. people with families should not stay here.
