Pas d’eau chaude au lavabo ! Le rideau de douche était noir de moisissure sur 50cm sur la partie basse ! Les abords de l’hôtel étaient très sales ! Vieilles chaussures abandonnées ! Assiettes et gobelets ! Et tapis de mégots de cigarettes ! La porte au bout du couloir faisait trembler toute la chambre à chaque fois que quelqu’un s’en servait car rien pour atténuer la fermeture ! Ça claquait très fort tout simplement ! Piscine très bien ! Petit déjeuner à 8h pratiquement plus rien ! Et après 40 mn toujours pas réapprovisionné !

They did not have a room for us and said they overbooked WE got no call or message from them until we showed up at 8pm. We had to pay a huge rate for another hotel. This was a horrible experience.

The hotel was very clean and easily accessible. I was just disappointed with what they call breakfast. There is basically coffee, tea, yogurt, those wrapped muffins and cereal.

Everything was okay until I went into the bathroom and I saw someone used sanitary pads in the garbage can. The pads were not wrapped up and there were two of them. Disgusting to say the least, apparently the housekeeper missed them so why would I think that the room was actually clean at all!

This property needs an immediate inspection and overhaul of the cleanliness. The staff was very helpful however when I got to my room to check it out I found BED BUGS!!! My anxiety was so high I could not stay there and had to find somewhere else to stay late at night with no reservation and I did not know the area.
