Cecile fue una huesped muy tranquila lo que si decepciono , la razon es que al parecer ella no sabia que nostros el hotel no podemos cancelar ninguna reserva de ningun uesped y ella insisitio para que nosotros lo hicieramos . Explicandole y enviandole el numero de telefono lo puedo hacer . lamento mucho que por esa razon tal vez ella ya no le parecio que hotel fuera bueno.

Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel
Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente bien dans cet hôtel : un petit jardin et une terrasse où relaxer, un petit restaurant avec une vue magnifique sur la ville, etc. Le déjeuner était très copieux. La chambre très confortable, etc.

Excellent accommodation with amazing Breakfast
Excellent hotel with great service and breakfast. When we arrived the front desk staff give us a full briefing about their service. Storing our suitcase for 4 days while visiting other areas. Very beautiful accomodation and area to relax. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Une valeur sur à Cuzco
Hôtel très agréable situé dans une petite rue à 5 min de la Plaza de Armas. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre avec petit balcon donnant sur le jardin intérieur ... quel bonheur ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et relativement silencieuses (une rareté au Pérou). Le personnel est à l'écoute et attentionné. Enfin, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pendant notre trek de 4 jours, et cela gratuitement. A notre retour, ces dernières nous attendaient dans notre chambre (très appréciable quand vous rentrez de 4 jours de trek). Si nous repassons par Cuzco, nous retournerons à coup sur à cet hôtel.

Cette hotel est bien situé et le personnel serviable. Cependant, la chambre est minuscule et très froide malgré le chauffage d'appoint car très mal isolé. Problème de variation eau chaude eau froide genre douche écossaise. Je trouve que l'hotel est cher pour la chambre qu'il offre.

Superbe salle de petit déj. surplombant la ville
Très bel emplacement sur les coteaux au dessus de la vieille ville à deux pas de la plaza de Arma. Quartier très sympa et calme dans le beau quartier de San Blaz à découvrir à pied. Très bien placé pour partir à pied vers le sommet de la colline (590 marches) et rejoindre la statue du Christ qui surplombe la ville ainsi que le site archéologique très intéressant de Saqsayhuaman. Il faut 20 mn pour monter sur la colline. En rajoutant 10 mn on est sur le site archéologique.

By far the worst hotel we stayed in Peru
Thanks god we only booked this place for one night. Staff there did not speak English except one guy but he wasn't there 24 hours. I was expecting them to help with my luggage but that did not happen. They were not very friendly. We paid for a plus room but it does not have a city view as requested. Beds are small and uncomfortable. Bathroom is small and stuffy. No toiletry items provided. Nice view at the breakfast area in a different building but we did not try the breakfast so cant comment on that. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay there and will not recommend this place. For the same price they charged, we could easily get something a lot better. At least better attitude and hospitality.

The property looks beautiful but the beds are hard as a rock and the pillows are flat. On top of that we would run out of soap or toilet paper and had to ask for it to be replaced instead of it being done when the room was cleaned. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend.

Best place for Cusco
The experience at Alemana was great. They have also kept our bags when we went to machu picchu for 2 days and we found them back in our room. We also used the laundry service which was great! Totally recommend!

Would totally recommend
The 2 nights stept here were the best in South America. We really enjoyed the welcoming staff, the cleanliness and the breakfast. The location of the place is ideal in Cusco as you do not have to go uphill too much. We also used the laundry service from the hotel which was also really good.

Tiene espacios comunes bonitos, como sus jardines, por otro lado ne toco una habitacion en el sotano, con una pequeña ventana que tiene como vista un muro de concreto a diez centimetros, lo que podria calificar como una masmorra.

Probablemente le toco la única habitación Simple Standart que tenemos en todo el hotel, sin embargo si la habitación no le agradó podría habernos comunicado sobre esto, y nosotros habríamos hecho los cambios pertinentes para darle otra habitación. Agradecemos sus comentarios porque esto nos ayuda a mejorar en nuestros servicios.

Tolles Blick auf Cusco beim Frühstück. Welcomedrink inkl. Toller Flughafen Transfer zu geringem Preis. Nichts für Menschen mit Gehproblemen. Unterkunft liegt am Hang und man muss viele Stufen laufen. Aber es ist es wert.

Mixed experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. Transportation access to the hotel is not easy. Not recommended for people with accessibility issues. (property is full of stairs). No central and reliable heating system in the room (only an electric heater). It is very cold in the morning and at night. No heating in the bathroom. Cold water in the sink. Warmer water in the shower (you have to wait). We were 2 people traveling and ask for 2 separate beds in the reservation. We got a room with 3 beds, although nice view. We asked for a quiet room. There was noise until 1:00am and again from 5:30am from the street. In-room safe is not attached to the furniture or wall, so anybody walking in can just pick it up and take it. Not convincing and although staff was helpful trying to accommodate and we did not feel unsafe, we felt that this is not an real and reliable in-room safe service, so felt mislead by Expedia listing this. Breakfast is very basic (poor) and limited and you have to wait, refill is slow. I think Management should increase the F&B budget and buy at least some ham and cold cut. If you are on low budget and want something clean, basic and you have no problem to put up with some inconveniences, it will be OK for you.

We weren’tthere very long. Just one night. Staff was wonderful. The hotel has flower gardens all around and old wooden floors that bring character. Wish we would had discovered it sooner.

Nice place to stay while in Cusco
Stayed at the Pension for a total of 3 nights (2 to tour Cusco and 1 more before heading back to Lima and to home). Overall, the hotel was good. Clean, if simple, rooms. Good food. Quiet (relative to other places) location and helpful staff. Only downside was some of the nickel and diming that they did. Any extra fees (taxi, tours, water, food) all had to be paid in cash (sols only accepted) which they do to avoid the Visa fee. As someone who does not carry much cash around, this was quite inconvenient and I was fortunate that my ATM card worked nearby. Also, during my return visit, there was no water in the room (previously 2 bottles for each night). When I went to the front desk to get some, I was informed that I did not qualify for free water as I was a previous guest (guess they didn’t have to impress me).

my stay here was amazing,,,the staff was so helpful..and being in a different country and coordinating the ins and outs of traveling from point to point was super...the room was very comfortable and a great view of cusco!!! i would stay there or recommend this place to anyone--and very close to the armas square..

Great place to stay in Cusco
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pension Alemana! All of the staff there are so courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable, my room overlooked the garden. The terrace outside overlooked the city of Cusco. The location was great also, within walking distance of armas square and all the wonderful cathedrals and places of interest in Cusco. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cusco!

Absolutely beautiful location and view. Lovely gardens, close to everything and fantastic shower! Be prepared as it is on a hillside so best to be fit to enjoy the strolls into and from city center. Highly recommend! Breakfast is lovely too....

Hotel cómodo, con vistas estupendas desde la cafetería y terraza. Tienen detalles como fruta e infusiones gratuitas en el hall. Está en una calle muy bonita al final del barrio de San Blas, viene muy bien para visitar las ruinas de Sacsayhman. El único inconveniente que le veo es el acceso en taxi, algunos taxistas ponen problemas por lo complicado de circular en el barrio y la vuelta que hay que dar cuando cierran la plaza de armas los fines de semana

A wonderful location and delicious breakfast!!
The Pension Alemana is in a great loction, part of San Blas neighborhood. It has beautiful grounds and a wonderful breakfast. It was delicious. The rooms were simple, but cozy. The gardens are beautiful. The staff was flexible with letting us leave our luggage for when we had to checkout out late to catch and overnight bus and letting us use the facilities till then as well. We had a wonderful stay here and would stay again.

Perfect location and great staff
We stayed here for 3 nights. Had to check in by 6am. Front desk were very friendly and got our room ready even though it was ahead of the usual checkin time. Breakfast area gives full Cusco city view. This place is walkable to the main San Francisco square and other plazas. Had super comfortable stay here. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco.

Really enjoyed this hotel
The location is great. Only 10 min walk to the Plaza de Armas, but on a very quiet street in Las Blas. The room was a nice size and very charming. The staff is very helpful and make you feel like they are really happy to have you as a guest. Yes, it took some work to get a smile from the lady at the reception when we arrived in the evening, but she is nice once you break the ice. We started out in a hotel just off the Plaza de Armas that was very noisy, dark and impersonal, and were very happy to switch to Pension Alemana. Would definitely recommend.

Top Unterkunft!!
Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück und eine Teeküche, die immer mit ausreichend Tee, heißem Wasser und frischen Früchten bestückt ist. Wir haben von 6 auf 12 Nächte verlängert und wären, wenn möglich, noch gerne länger geblieben. Mein Geheimtip (den ich nur ungern verrate;-)!

Excellent option to stay in Cuzco
The best of this hotel is how helpful and kind are the owners and the Staff. They helped us in organizing one tour. Check with them before booking expensive tours with other companies online. The views over Cuzco are amazing. There is a nice restaurant on the top. 100% recommended.

Nice hotel
Hotel is nice but it is uphill, about 15 mins walk from the main square. Not all staffs speak English. One we needed to use a translation apps to help, but somehow he still made a mistake for our packed breakfast. Hotel can arrange packed breakfast if you leave early for your tours. Hot shower. Room with heater. Comfy bed.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir würden die Pensión Alemana jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist super um Cusco zu Fuß zu erkunden. Auch wurde uns vom Hotel das tolle Restaurant Pachapapa am Platz San Blas empfohlen, dass man auf jeden Fall besuchen sollte. Während unserer Trekkingtour war es auch kein Problem das Gepäck 4 Tage im Hotel zu lassen. Alles in allem toller Service!
