Nous avions une chambre premium près de la plage. Nous bien aimé avoir un accès à un resto pour les déjeuners avec vue sur la mer. Endroit tranquille, nous avons aimé la nourriture, les drinks et en particulier les très belles plongées avec le centre de plongée, facile d'accès car situé directement sur le site de l'hotel. Le personnel était très courtois et les jardins de l'hotel sont magnifiques.

Bon resort qualité prix. Ideal pour faire de la plongée si votre centre de plongé vient vous chercher au quai. Je vous recommande Cozudive pour vos plongée. Cela vous évite de retourner en ville pour revenir plonger en face de l'hôtel

Hotel très bien avec des enfants. Le parc aquatique est génial. Le cadre est tres sympa. Le personnel est tres agréable et serviable à l exception d Astrid (propos discriminatoires). Les restaurants a la carte sont fermés seulement buffet ouvert. Je recommande cet hotel pour des parents avec des jeunes enfants

The staff were all very polite and helpful. Our room was a bit small as there was less than a foot between the two beds, but we were only in our room to sleep and shower.

Gorgeous property and views of the beach. Very relaxing and comfortable! The staff were all very friendly and it was very easy to get a taxi to take us into town and then back again. We will definitely be returning someday!!

Room was clean, AC was great in rooms, lots of hot water, no bugs or mosquitoes, beds comfortable, wifi excellent all over the property, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location to dive sites was great. Taxi to town: $20; airport: $35. Great place for those with kids, disabilities, elderly, teenagers. I only saw 1 mosquito the whole week. The Hibachi, Italian, and Mexican restaurant were all good, but you need to sign up at 9:30 to reserve a spot - probably not a great place for kids. Food at buffet was 3 stars but you could always find something good and was very clean. We stayed 8 days and never got sick. Asian and Italian reservations were too late 6 or 9. I wish that the hotel let other scuba diving outfits use their doc. Ours had to land on the beach just outside their area. TV only had 2-3 English stations. Remote worked terribly. Gift shop didn't have much people would want. Need more snack and drink options.

Pros: Staff were helpful and attentive. Rooms a little dated but clean. Grounds were taken care of. Pools were great and beach awesome. Cons: The entertainment was decent but it lasted until 11pm and was extremely loud and heard from our room which was unit 32. Wouldn’t recommend staying on that side of the resort. We have a 5 year old and 8 year old and we had to use a sound machine to try and drown out the sound. Really disliked the fact you could only eat at one of the three restaurants only three times if you were there for a week. Other than that, you ate buffet food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You had to be down at the front desk before 9:30am to stand in line to make reservations for the restaurants. Stood in line for about 45 minutes which was ridiculous. The buffet food was mediocre and it got really old eating it so much. They didn’t have real fruit juice so all the mixed drinks were like sugar water. I never found a cocktail I enjoyed. No real cream for coffee. Toaster was broke and not replaced the following day. We won’t be returning mainly because of the food and limited restaurant dining. This is an inclusive resort but they did have tip jars so advice for future guests is to consider tipping. They do work very hard and greatly appreciate it.

The allegro was a great place to bring my family. We stayed for a week and would happily return. We really enjoyed the pools and the beach area. We always could get lounge chairs and loved to play in the organized beach volleyball games! The staff was outstanding in every way. I would have liked the food to be better quality over all but we always could find something that was pretty good. I would recommend this resort to friends and family.

There was not air conditioning in the dining and bar areas. You had to go to the bar to get service, they didn't seem willing to bring drinks to you even if you tipped. You could not get to the swim up bar in the main pool due to kids using it as a playground area. The entertainment was very limited in the day and especially at night.

Some of this is personal preference and the staff have no control over some of these issues. Take it or leave it! Likes: 3 restaurants were great Beachfront was beautiful & snorkeling was fun. Nice beachfront chairs and towel service Staff super nice!!! This would be a good place for families Dislikes: Make sure you don’t get the building at the front of the property. Disco open until 1:30 am and could hear everything. One toaster in the entire buffet! Need another grill worker at the Buffett and Lines were ridiculous Restaurant reservation process is terrible. Massive line every Sunday morning to make sure you get the reservation. You can’t book in advance for the following week. so if you don’t get in the massive line, you probably won’t get to go to the restaurants. So so: Buffett Only get snorkeling gear for 1 hour. That’s not much time to get started Drinks Overall: When I go again, it will be at an adults only resorts. If you like other people’s kids or have some of your own, your family will love this place.

Staff is friendly. Beds are fine. Sunsets and beach were beautiful. Non-motorized sports are lacking... only 2 kayaks. Food is very average at the buffets and over half of our group of 24 experienced some sort of GI disturbance. For a 5-night stay we were only allowed to book dining for 2 nights.

Very nice property with well manicured gardens. Rooms were always clean and cool. The pool areas weren’t crowded, and there was always a chair by the pool or beach. We were very impressed with the staff! They were all very polite and friendly. And the entertainment was very good! Snorkeling just off the beach, we saw starfish, rays, a lobster and a bunch of fish. The dive shop at the resort did an amazing job too! The food left something to be desired. We could always find something to eat but the evening buffet was not great. We ate at the Italian and oriental restaurant both were good. They have a very nice area for the kids to play in, however most hung out by the swim up bar where they were throwing balls and splashing pool water in the drinks. At night some vendors are set up outside the lobby. Use caution when shopping here. There is some quality stuff and some definite counterfeit stuff. But they will make deals. Overall I would recommend!

The staff was always smiling and helpful. The beach was great with a long walk on either side to another resort. Opportunities to snorkel and see starfish without doing an excursion. Wish we could have made more than 1 reservation in a 5 night stay though. The kids made many memories.

Beautiful quiet resort, had an amazing time. Only improvement would be better choice for food. We tried to get into the specialty dining while there but they were always “booked” even though we could see open tables and we were left to eat buffet food for all meals.

The property itself was gorgeous with beautifully landscaped walkways and clean, warm pools. The rooms were sub-par and could use serious improvements. Cheap lighting and other fixtures with old, worn cabinets and a mini fridge that did not work made the room uncomfortable. I would stay again, but would have to seriously consider my room choice.

Beautiful facility with beautiful beach. Lots of activities and relaxing areas as well. Rooms were clean and small maintenance was needed and serviced right away. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great for comfortable sleep. I would definitely recommend this resort!!

We gave service a 3 because of the food at the resort. The food was absolutly awful. Every meal was disappointing, and we ended up with stomach problems for the rest of the trip. The food we ate the few places we ate off site were fantastic, which made us sad every time we came back for dinner.
