wasn't clean. ants in the room. floors were dirty. hallway areas reeked of weed. fine for one night for a guy by himself, but not if you had your wife and kids w/ you.

There was really nothing to be excited about at our stay. The rooms were big but that was the only good thing about the room. When I checked in I had already paid through Expedia, but I then had to put a $100 deposit down. The room we stayed in didn't have hot water in the shower and when I went to talk to the front desk in the morning there was no one to talk to. When I did get to talk to someone in the evening he told me that I would have to run the water for 15 min, which I explained to him that I did in the morning and it never heated up. He then decided to move us to a different room that had warm water but the TV didn't work. The pool was also getting maintenance done but even if it wasn't getting worked on we wouldn't have used it. I would defiantly not recommend staying at this hotel.

Renovation has been on going for over a year. The king size bed was not a king or even a queen it was a full. Hours for the pool not posted. Missing lightbulbs, all chrome in the bathroom was rusty, paint over spray everywhere, spray nozzle on shower not on and leaking, cable not working, internet shut off at 3am and not back on in the morning. Staff talked loudly until there was an issue and pretended to not understand and pointed and grunted. Was locked out of room prior to check out when key stopped working. Room next to exit and door slammed loudly each time it was used. If I could I would give zero stars. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in 35 years of travel.

We stayed for 7 nights, our fridge stopped working after the first night, we threw away all our food in fridge and the issue was never resolved. We were told we woild get daily housekeeping service, we didnt get any at all had to exchange our towels ourselves. Hotel was smelly, never staying at a Quality Inn again. Choice Hotels have given up!

I booked a double room intentionally through Expedia and when I arrived I was given a single room. This was fine as it was only myself. I wanted the double for larger space, my stay was 19 days. On arrival check-in was fast and easy. Staff was cheerful and knowledgeable about the area which was helpful. The room had a slight smell and is outdated but they are currently remodeling, I might have been in an old room and I’d love to see the room after remodel! I was not thrilled of the breakfast option as I do not care for waffles and the hot food option was hard boiled eggs and sausage links. No scrambled eggs or anything else was available to pair with the sausage links. Wendy’s is directly across the street and a Casey’s gas station is next door which were both great breakfast alternatives. I enjoyed the pool which has a shallow end of 3’ and a deep end of 9’. The pool was slightly heated as well which was a perk! Housekeeping personal were great and would exchange my towels and remove trash promptly when asked! They also offered to throughly clean the room as well which was great! Some other hotels I’ve stayed at do not clean the rooms throughly during your stay. The Vending Machines had some great options and were stocked well. Due to remodeling the laundry room was not available. Overall, yes I would recommend this hotel for those who would like to be budget friendly. When I come back to town I would book this hotel again!

When we first checked in the staff member had no clue if our room was ready or what to do. He left us for about 15 to go “check” our room. When he returned he did not tell us how to get to the room, where the pool or breakfast area were or time of operation. He couldn’t tell us any places nearby to eat nor did he have any food pamphlets/flyers. 1st room: - Stinks like smoke! hotel’s solution: they brought us air freshener spray. I said no so he told me to wait and he would get me another room. 5 mins later he takes us to a room 2 doors down that he just sprayed. - no hangers - Asked for towels but were told we have to wait for the laundry to be done 2nd room: - smells stale… smell was horrible! - Fridge doesn’t have shelves - cigarette burns in blanket - No phone - Towel pole fell off - Smoke stains dripping down bathroom door after shower - Black marks/dirt on back of shower door - Fan doesn’t work
