Numerous stays at this motel because we like shuttle service to CHI arena for concerts. Shuttle ride was great going but couldnt get anyone to answer at front desk for ride back and had to get Lyft ride.

Things did not work (I.e. tv, phone). Breakfast was not available on time. Not good when you have to catch a flight.

The front desk was all dark, you could see the lady doing the check in was sleeping because she could hardly walk and function. She was also kind of rude. I have never been to a hotel where the front desk was dark, it gave me a weid vibe.

Not super clean. Bathroom lights often wouldn’t turn on. Windows “whistle” at night in the wind. Breakfast was decent.

Stayed here a number of years ago and property has definitely gone down hill. Dimly lit. Dirty hallways and carpet in room. Sub par repairs and painting. Super slow check in

This hotel is in terrible condition. We had holes in the walls of our room, tissues filling the peep hole in the door and stains all over the carpets. The pool was broken, doors were broken and the entire hotel smelled of smoke. I will not stay here again. Spend the extra money for the holiday inn express. You won’t regret it, but you will regret staying here.

When event the hotel it smelled heavily of Marijuana and the hallways did too. The parking lot and sidewalks had not been cleared of snow. The battery for the key card was exposed on the inside of the door.

Smelled like smoke
Dirty. The whole place smelled like smoke. The bathroom and carpet were worn down. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Around three in the morning, the alarm went off at random and hasn't gone off since. I can't sleep again in result. When you initially came in, you could see that the room wasn't cleaned following the last customer check-out. awful.

Old, worn out room. Walked in and i knew it was a smokers room. Stains on the carpet, didnt want to walk bare foot. Staff was inexperienced but friendly.

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times as it is close to airport. Last night we were on late flight and weather was not good so we stayed to drive during daylight hours. Upon arriving, sidewalks and parking lot had not been cleared well at all. Checking in was pleasant and desk clerk was very professional and sweet. Hotel wreaked of marijuana and cigarettes, very apparent it was being used in rooms. I left room to go to soda machine and when i got back my husband stated that a young man came into our room using a key, he thought it was me, so he opened door. He asked the young man what he wanted and he stuttered and said "front desk, we are just checking to make sure no homeless people are in the hotel rooms. Now keep in mind, this is 1130 at night, hes wearing shorts, an undershirt and flipflips and did not knock or announce that he was from the from desk. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. The room was not clean, looked like food had been spilled and wiped upwith a tissue hut never properly washed. Floor had what appeared to be ketchup or bbq sauce splattered on it next to hot tub. A trash bag was tied around the smoke detector, paint peeling aroung the tub/shower. Will not being staying here again.

Rooms were old need update the drawers are peeling and the doors from drawer don’t keep shut the pool room was dirty hair balls found on the floor , the sink in the room so old has cracks all over the sink
