Furniture is dated. We had a leak in our room which maintenance came and fixed but still continued leaking two days later. There was something in the bathroom that made us sneeze and our noses drain each time we showered or spent too long in there. Breakfast Alton’s were great.

They have a great breakfast and the rooms were nice. They also have happy hour in the evening. The pool was nice but too many young children in the jacuzzi. The staff in the front were nice but the people cleaning the rooms were not so nice. When passing by their cleaning carts with our luggage they seemed upset because we couldn't pass by and they had to scoot over. The hotel does need some upgrades. The doors and edges of cabinets in the rooms were peeling and looked old. There was also a pair of children's socks under the curtains in the livingroom. Also both elevators were out on the back side of the hotel so we had to take the stairs during checkout. Overall are stay was good besides the minor details.

This was a typically nice Embassy Suites property but showing its age. The air inside is quite humid, which can also be felt in the carpets, but probably understandable given the humid climate near the ocean. Only 2 out of 4 elevators were in service over 3 days, so being on the upper floors was a bit inconvenient. We didn't use the breakfast service but it looked nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Jason (I think his name was) at the front desk.

My family and I typically stay at this particular Embassy Suites but this last stay was not so good. Our AC was not functioning properly and when we asked for a fan at the front we were told the AC was working just fine, secondly we chose this location for the indoor pool but someone unfortunately broke a glass in the pool area causing them to shut down the pool. I will consider other options next time.

Had problems with the A/C you either get hot or cold not very convenient. Rooms not that quiet in between outside noise is fine. Staff is friendly. Not enough staff at the restaurant or bar.

Breakfast was great. Nice, open area, fresh food. Only complaint would be the milk was empty when we needed it. Omelettes were fantastic. Loved not being crammed up next to other guests - open atrium was wonderful.

Good customer service and was treated very welcome. We had an issue we were given at first with the ac but immediately we were moved into another room.
