Séjour tranquille
Hôtel situé dans un coin tranquille à moins de 5 minutes de l'autoroute 869. Besoin d'unhe voiture. Excellent accueil. Efforts de nous trouver une belle chambre même si nous sommes arrivés vers midi (merci Paulette!). Très bon déjeuner servi en buffet. Commerces dont restos, salons de coiffures, et Publix situés aux alentours. Terrain de golf sur le site.

Everything was so clean and employees were so nice. Our accessible room was perfect . The bed was perfect height and the shower was also perfect for handicap persons. It was a pleasure to stay there.

They were version the room and when we checked into our room we were told it was Expedias fault and not the Marriott’s. The front desk person was extremely rude and condescending. Would never try and book this hotel again.

I would not have a problem staying here again, it's just that for a Marriott property, I didn't feel it hit the mark. Our room was super clean, staff was friendly. But I was there for a meeting and the bathrooms only had one sink working for all the women sharing the bathroom and needing to get in one to wash our hands. The food service was slow and just not the best. If I were visiting the area, I would have no problem staying a long weekend here. For a meeting, it was not my usual experience for a Marriott Property.

Worst experience at a Marriott hotel
One of the worst experiences staying at a Marriott hotel. Very disappointed with the service and cleanliness in the hotel. We were given torn blankets with large holes in them. Full cleaning service requests were ignored on multiple occasions. Never staying at a Marriott hotel ever again.

Air conditioning did not work. I mentioned it to the front desk and they never sent anyone to fix it nor did they offer me a new room. Also our room had ants. Room 622.

Overall, clean and upgraded hotel. Front desk staff not super friendly. Charged for almost everything. Daily parking fee even when lot is not full. $18 daily breakfast is expensive for a 6 day stay.

The restaurant staff was incredible. Chef Nicole was excellent! Sweet! Funny! Debra was fun, kind, checked in us often. The stay was overall terrific. My only complaint their pillows are too soft.
