We are sad to hear that you, during your stay had several issues.Regarding the room youve booked, its a family room for 4 persons and its on 23,5 square meters. As you were 3 persons during your stay with a double bed and a sleeping couch, this is normal standard for this amount of people in the category youve booked. We do have connecting rooms at the hotel, therefore im sure if spoken to the reception youve been offered this solution.As the hotel is partly leisure/family and congress hotel, we accomodate many different guests and from time to time larger groups as well. We offer time booking on our restaurants, to make sure that every guests gets the best experience, and not an overcrowded experience in our F&B outlets. We also try and make sure to accomodate all kind of guests during their stay with our nordic tivoli gardens inspired design and different lounge areas and restaurants. As Tivoli Hotel & congress center is allocated in the city of copenhagen, theres a 10 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens on foot. Should our guests preffer public transport theres a buss right outside of the hotel and a short bus ride to the gardens on 5 minutes. We always try and accomodate our guests wishes for their stay, but unfortunately its not always possible when fully booked. We are of course sorry to hear you were not properly informed about this.In addition to our three restaurants, we are also located a 10 minute walk away from the Meat Packing district.
