Not great
Conveniently located near the station, but beyond that not very convincing. The hotel is very proud of being eco-friendly, but to me they gave a rather negative impression of eco-frendliness. My main focus was we cleanliness: the room smelled rather musty and bad when we entered so we had the windows open all the time. The floor in the whole breakfast area was super sticky (probably an eco-cleaning product that was not sufficiently washed off). In addition, there was mold in our shower on the grout of the floor and around the hinges of the shower door. For a "superior king room" in a 4 star hotel, I expect much better. There was also a lamp in our room where someone had clearly cut the cord and rewired it to a new plug to fit the danish plugs system, but it looked a bit suspicious to me. The surroundings of the hotel also have a bunch of strip clubs and are quite loud at night.

Bon hotel
Bon hotel très bien situé à proximité de la gare. Buffet petit déjeuner excellent et très bien garni. Chambre petite mais confortable. Seul bémol: les rues peuvent être bruyantes la nuit et donc il est préférable d'avoir une chambre sur le patio

Great stay ! I came very early and luckily my room was ready for check in ! The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable and perfect size. The hotel is close to the Central station which is practical ! I will come back to the hotel !

Not a 4 stars from the room we got
Well, the room was very small (just enough space to go on 1 side of the bed which would be good for 1 person but barely enough for 2). The pressure of the shower was bad. OK, it was nice and clean but coming from a 3 stars in Malmö where the room was at least twice as big, the shower was very nice and we got a fantastic free buffet breakfast and cheaper...So, going to that one was disappointing.

We are well aware that the hotel is put up as a 4-star hotel online, but we actually don't follow the star rating system and the reason it's 4 stars online is because it takes the average reviews and that equals 4 stars. We hope you can understand that the room size situation in Copenhagen is a bit difficult because of the limited space in the middle of the city. We hope you had a good stay despite the room size. A functional choice
The hotel is close to central station. The decorum is nice. The room I had was a bit old but of good size. The bed was excellent. No TV: they use chrome cast and your device if you want to display some programs. Breakfast is not buffet, you are given your portion.

Hôtel confortable très bien situé
Hôtel convenable. Le principal avantage c’est la proximité de la gare principal et des différentes attractions de la ville, possibilité de faire beaucoup de visites à pieds. Beaucoup de cafés et de restaurants dans les environs et un lidl à 3 min. La chambre était agréable, lit confortable. Le hall avec des fauteuils cosy est plus sympa et chaleureux que les chambres. Bon séjour dans cet hôtel très bien placé près de la gare centrale et du métro. Petit déjeuner simple et efficace. On a apprécié la fraîcheur des produits même s'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix et que ça n'était pas un buffet. La chambre etait bien. Le bémol est sur la literie qui n'était pas à notre goût car c'était très mou et impossible de dormir sur le ventre.

The room was pretty basic, bathroom probably the smallest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. That being said you can shower and wash so not the end of the world. Breakfast was nice but expensive for the choice however, I think Copenhagen is quite expensive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would be nice to have tea/coffee and a fridge in the room. Location was great to walk around the city and close to the metro. Very easy to get to and from the Airport.

We didn’t like the fact that there was no blinds at the window as the residents of the buildings opposite could look straight into our bedroom. Keeping the curtains closed made the room very dark and the room only had lamps not an overhead light l.

Great property that is close the station, lots of food options around. Suite room was great, everything you need and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good too!

Lovely property, safe and clean. Allowed an early check-in upon request which was great. Quiet location and walkable distance from everything. The property is surrounded by a few clubs and gentleman’s clubs l might be something to consider in busier seasons.
