Serrures de portes cassées et laissées sur places, chambre double de luxe avec 1 seul jeu de serviette de bain, pas de machine à café dans la chambre, distributeurs de boissons des couloirs, soit cassées, soit vides à tous les étages, odeur de vieux dans les couloirs, quartier pas sécuritaire........... Le personnel est gentil et avenant.. En gros, a déconseiller

No parking had to park on the street where your car coil get hit then scamming people to park inside no warning on site about a 100 dollar deposit

No hot water, no air conditioning. It stinks, room keys don't work well. Everything is stained I had to cover the chair and table with bed sheets it was gross. Toilet seat is nasty. They give you one roll of TP. The bistro is trashed and not in use the pool is nasty. The staff are rude. The lobby is dirty and constantly full of flies. Theres not one working vending machine. The gas station across the street closes at ten. The area is dangerous. Some of the hotel is used to house the less fortunate, unfortunately it shows.

The heaters and AC units in entire hotel were not working. Three lamps in room - one no switch, one flickered and one worked. The hotel Is clearly being used to house semi homeless people by the city of Oakland. There was puke in one of the two elevators. Expedia site said shuttle ran until 1:30am. I landed at 10:30om to find out shuttle stopped at 10pm.

The property has gone down from over the years. It's a rip off, it attracts the worst of the worst kind of guests (Pimps, Prostitutes etc.). The rooms smell horrible like smoke of ciggs and marijuana, there filthy from stains on walls to disgusting furniture, to nasty carpet and hair on sheets and towels. The AC or Heater didn't work on my last stay, so my children was freezing the entire night. Don't stay here TBH the best rooms plus more affordable are in Frisco I rather take that drive!!

You do get what you pay for. Given how expensive things are in the Bay Area, don’t expect anything above the bare minimum at the price one pays here. The amenities listed are not available. The bistro has been closed “a long time.” There is no coffee maker or water glasses in my room, so I had to wait to get that at the airport. The shuttle is available. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a huge TV with a lot of stations. The vending machines are vandalized. The entire area isn’t the safest, but I didn’t feel threatened.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes, even in my room. Although my room was clean the hallways were not. It took a good 15 minutes for staff to answer the phone when I needed a shuttle to be picked up.

We booked this airport because of the shuttle and exclusively because of the shuttle. Called ahead of time to confirm our time was okay, then purchased. Even got an email that detailed how to request the service and its hours. When we called within the hours that it was supposed to be running they told us they weren’t coming. We have a second night booked here that we will be most likely canceling.

Don’t stay here: NO COFFEE anywhere, smelly & dirty, no heat (or A-C, posters in lobby on this), no towel bars. All the photos are years ago, it’s become VERY run down. Only plus: free airport shuttle. It would be worth the $10 to Lyft/Uber instead.

Really unpleasant. Cockroaches in the room, used razor left behind in the bathroom. Noisy neighbors blasting music until 3am on a Sunday evening. Staff was sweet and helpful but the cleanliness of the place is deplorable.

I arrived around midnight on Friday night for a 5 night stay due to work in the area. I had reservations completed early in the week. When I arrived I was informed that the property had overbooked and not only was my reservation for Friday night canceled but my entire reservation had been canceled. WHAT??????

People are nice and accommodating. Lobby, elevator and halls had trash all over the floor. Room only had one towel. Three biggest pluses Bedding and towel seemed clean. People were friendly. Price was very reasonable.

The first thing you're greeted with is limited parking in a cluttered driveway with cars parked in various places they shouldn't be. With no options to park, you also pull to the side wherever you feel you'll be the least in the way. Walking into the lobby, the receptionist window has multiple signs notifying patrons of the same problem— the heating and cooling systems are broken. Verbatim and in all caps, three of the signs read— "UNFORTUNATELY OUR AIR CONDITIONERS AND HEATERS ARE NOT FUNCTIONING WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE YOU MAY CONTACT THIRD PARTY FOR REFUND ONLY IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO STAY." Not wanting to deal with finding another hotel after finally arriving at the location, you make your way to the room after walking through a hallway where the exit door is open, letting cold air in from the rainy outdoors. You get into your room and find that there's a red stain on the wall (more crayon than blood-colored). You turn on the two bedside lamps and find that they both flicker intermittently, occasionally turning into a strobe for minutes at a time. You plug your phone into an outlet to charge only to find that a couple of the outlets don't work at all, but that's okay, because a few others do. The room is booked for two, but there's only one towel, so you'll have to decide to share it after one person showers or someone can go downstairs to request another. The water faucet runs cold water for several minutes. Looks like the heater really doesn't work. Enjoy.
