Stationnement : je n’avais pas vue (ce qui est ma faute) que le stationnement était a 30.00$ par jour ou 40.00$ par jour pour le stationnement avec valet. Cependant, il aurait été facile pour le préposé a l’accueil de m’informer du prix du stationnement ainsi que la différence entre les deux. Le stationnement libre-service est très loin et très convoité par les congressistes de passage le temps d’un congrès. Il est parfois difficile d’y trouver une place près de l’ascenseur. D’amblé, j’avais des craintes en louant avec Expédia car j’étais persuadé que les hôtels offraient les chambres les moins bonne de leurs inventaires (comme par exemple, la chambre juste à côté de la machine à glace). Selon moi, je ne me suis pas trompé ! J’ai eu la chambre 900 !!!! c’est ici que ça se gâche. La chambre 900 : Est une chambre avec balcon avec vue sur le toit du centre de congrès et stationnement de 5 étages. Sur cette même toiture, ce trouve les immenses unités de climatisations qui génèrent continuellement 65 à 70 décibels. Pour vous donnez une idée, c’est l’équivalent d’avoir une conversation a 1 mètre d’une autre personne. J’ai eu le malheur d’ouvrir la porte patio pour la nuit…ce qui fait en sorte que je n’ai pas super bien dormi. Service : Suite a ma mauvaise nuit, j’ai quitté ma chambre a 10 :00AM afin de permettre à la femme de chambre de faire ma chambre, mettre des nouvelles serviettes, etc. A mon avis, ma chambre aurait dû être fait a 4 :00PM heure du check-in.

Pros : all the employees are very friendly and the on site restaurant nFuse is very relaxing and provides good food and service. Nice lobby, room design and pool area (that was expected from a 4 stars hotel). Cons : noise noise noise... The first and only thing that would beat all the other aspects when booking a hotel is the ability to sleep ! If you are on the 2nd floor you definitely can hear everything including people training in the gym with weights (and the gym is 24h). They got rid off carpets in the rooms (maybe a more modern thing and easiest to clean) but now you will hear all the steps from people above you (even with earplugs). The mastress was very very soft (if you need support for your back, not a good thing). Overall : as a first visit to this hotel it will also be my last. As a comparison, I usually stay at the Wyndham Disney Springs on the east coast (at least 3 times) and I never experienced these issues. The location is not bad (20 min walking distance to the Disney parks) but I would have chosen an independant brand closer to the entrance and maybe have a better sleep quality.

I love the fact that i was able to see Disneyland from my hotel. I was on vacation and wanted to go to Disneyland. It was in close proximity. I didnt rent a car and relied on Uber; pick up and drop off was very easy. Staff was super friendlÿ and kind, especially at breakfast. Food was delicious as well. I love the fact that we had more than one dining options. The starbuck area was so convenient. We grabbed coffee on our way out each morning. I am a Marriott girl and they always live up to my expectation. Wonderful property!

The hotel is rated 4 stars however id give the rooms 2 star, it is average. Rooms are tiny, the bathroom is so small and it is not clean. The only conveient thing was 5 min walk to toy story shuttle however there are way better hotels near by weve stayed at and would go back to rather than this place. The staff was very nice though, and they let us check in early but rooms are not worth the price. Also we paid extra for pool view and we had such minimal view to the pool. You can also hear your neighbors walls are thin! Anyways, would not stay here again!

One of the Side Table light was not working and I reported it to the front desk the next morning. I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and this light remained in the same condition - NOT WORKING.

The staff and facilities are top notch. I would stay here again for that alone. I loved having a Starbucks in there. The room was just ok but I think we were put in an older room because I had a last minute request. Still very comfortable and the bed was great.

This hotel seemed very luxurious and had a beautiful lobby. Housekeeping did a great job responding to our request. Parking was easy and included in the price. There was no hotel shuttle but local shuttle was great.

Our room was super clean. I was impressed! The only negatives I had were that there was a conference of high school kids. It was so noisy our first night. People yelling in the hallways until midnight. I was there with my young son. I called the desk and they sent up security, but still the noise continued. I talked to the front desk the next am and they said they had emailed the parents/ chaperones. They gave me a $50 credit. It was quiet for the rest of the stay. The only other negative was that the hot tub was out of commission. It would have been nice to know that. Our room had no bath and I could have used a soak after long days at Disney.

We stayed here for WonderCon and it was the best experience. Our room overlooked the walkway of the convention center. It was raining but we were able to sit on the balcony because it was completely covered. The room was clean and we loved the shower. The elevators were amazing. You use a keypad in the elevator bay and put in your floor. It tells you what elevator to go to and it takes you to your floor quickly and conveniently. The best part was the service. From check in to house cleaning - I needed 2 alternative down pillows and they had them there quickly. Food service was prompt. And our bell hop was fabulous! He offered us water while we waited. We have stayed at both the Hilton at the convention center and the Marriott. We will return to the Marriott for next year’s WonderCon!

The property was in a great location and had lots of dining options within walking distance or a short drive. Downstairs facilities and rooms look recently remodeled and are very clean. Hallways are dark and dated but clean nonetheless. All the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Our issues lied with minor issues that built up over time. Our phone did not work and our request to have it swapped out was never honored so we would call the front desk from our personal phones. The shower drain would not properly drain and would nearly flood while you were standing in your own dirty water. Rooms are advertised as soundproof and they were definitely not. We could hear our neighbors and people in the hallway clear as day. The smoke detector was right next to the bathroom so if you left the sliding door open, the alarm would go off nearly instantly. The wifi supposedly was free for bonvoy members but we could not connect even after going to the front desk so we just ended up paying for it. Overall these were minor things but stacked up together made for a less than perfect stay.
