Rien d’interessant a cet hôtel. Les murs sont en cartons, les portes en béton. Service pourri et déjeuner incomplet ne respecte pas les heures de repas. Ne pas vous présenter à cet hôtel car vous allez pas dormir et être très déçu.

This was absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences that anyone could go through. Hotel has roaches which the staff continue to deny. We definitely had to check out immediately and then the staff was nasty and spiteful.

Did not have the room type that I reserved. Very noisy, we could hear everything in the room next door and in the hallways and it lasted late into the night.

First of the check in process was the easiest thing. The pet fee is each day, after when I called the lady said for a week. Room had a lot of broken items, like lights fixture, walls and door, etc. Had multiply charges, that kept coming even the night right before I checked out. When I called to talk about the extra charges lady talked down to me like I was stupid. Checked out at 0700 because it was so loud couldn’t sleep, and soon as I said what room I was in the computers weren’t working. She said she emailed me my invoice, but never got anything. Will never stay or recommend this hotel to anybody!!

Room needs renovation especially the bathroom. Cleaniness of the bathroom was very poorly done (if done at all). I had to clean the bathroom myself aa there were long strands of hair in the tub and lot of dirty/debris on the floors

Unkept, dirty, unsafe property. Front desk staff were friendly but that was the only nice thing about this place. This place is in dire need of repairs and cleaning. I do NOT recommend anyone stay here. Hand print on bathtub, bed skirt and mattress stained, dirt everywhere, painted over issues, ratty flooring and doors, elevators in poor condition, people hanging out around the property like look outs. Homeless people on the corners. Rough neighborhood. Not a safe, welcoming place. Never again!

The room was clean, but my room card was deactivated after the first night and I was booked for 3 nights. There were not enough towels for the amount of people we reserved the room for. The hall area and outside smelled weird and looked dirty (garbage, stains, etc). The people that checked in our second day there were extremely loud during typical sleeping hours and staff did nothing about it.

I absolutely would not stay here again. For starters, it's in a hard to find spot and the parking lot looks like a car junkyard. The Check In: Once we entered, the person checking us in was on the phone (his personal phone) the whole time, speaking loudly and barely acknowledging us. He asked for my name, I told him, he kept talking on the phone, scribbled on a paper and handed me a key. I had to ask if we were good to go. He just nodded. The Room: My son and I had a room with a double queen. The room looked nice and smelled clean but it quickly deteriorated. There were only 2 functioning lights in the entire room and both were wall sconces. There was one functioning outlet that was on a 6 way split with the TV, microwave and refrigerator (which were just stacked in the room out in the open and all wires were exposed. The TV just mounted there with wiring hanging out. We went to turn on the lights next to our bed and plug in our phones only to find the lights and outlets did not work. Tracing the exposed wiring below we found that none of it was plugged in. All off the plugs were just lying on the floor with the wall faceplate attached to them. We were unable to locate an outlet to plug them into. The bathroom had grout all over the doorknob and there were metal wall anchors on the floor. We had 4 hand towels and a single towel for washing. The beds were unbalanced and caused them to make loud noises if either of us moved. Will not recommend to anyone.

I had a terrible experience and extortion of money from one of the staff members called John, who purposely charged for the room accommodation after i checked out.its a criminal offence because he thought as i live far away in united Kingdom that i won't be aware or notice the transactions. Please that staff must be sacked.

$50 surprise charge when i got there didn't clean room and after I left I incurred $700 worth of fraudulent charges, all stemming from this location and the hotel is the only placed i used that card. STAY AWAY

The room was average. Stains on the carpet but had a fresh coat of paint, good size fridge, new TV, and a comfortable bed with comfortable sheets and pillows. The window opened as well which was nice. The toilet was plugged and didn’t flush well and we only had 1 full size towel. The shower was small but warm and clean with a decent shower head.

You shouldnt even offer this property in here we almost didnt even stay and then left promptly the next morning. Manager was a creep housekeeping staff were extremely loud and lurking outside our door. Worst possible toom i have ever been in doesnt even deserve one star.

Nice location just off main highways. Room was clean and bed comfy. What I didn’t like. Hotel needs a serious renovation; paint, decor, etc. much noise in the hallway from other guests. Great breakfast.

Not clean!
We reserved 3 rooms for a business trip. We were given a room that hadn't been cleaned. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, a replacement room was given. This room also hadn't been cleaned. Another replacement room was given. It appeared clean, but the trust was lost. We checked out first thing in the morning and changed hotels.
