old building, mold in most areas, mildewy smell, no hot water in our first room, ants in our bed, was told breakfast was free but it wasn’t. not a great place to stay. could’ve been much better, but could’ve been worse. staff was helpful.

Hotel needs a lot of updates. Room was very noisy inside. You can hear everything in the hallway and all of the road noise in this very busy area. They also charge extra for breakfast. There are way better choices in the area for the same price.

I really don't like that this survey is addressed to my son who did not stay at the Garden Hilton. Nor did he pay for it. I booked the room, stayed in the room, and paid for my stay. Tim did not step foot into the hotel much less even see the room. Survey responses reflect the mediocre attention to detail evidence by this survey.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the furnishings in the room was woren. The room was smaller than other places I've stayed. Didn't like the fact that I had to pay additional money after I showed up to check in. Took them ten seconds to withdraw from my account but told me it'll be 3 to 5 days to get it back.

We had a great stay. However I would suggest having a policy of no kids in the pool after 9. We have stayed in numerous motels through the years and only one had this policy. Why every motel doesn't is beyond me. It is not unrealistic and makes a world of an improved experience.

very nice place
Very nice place to stay, very clean, very comfortable. Room was clean and updated. Pool was a welcome amenity even though the hot tub was still being worked on. Having a bar to relax after a long day was well worth it. You did have to pay for breakfast but it was hot and a decent value. i would defiantly stay here again. The location is perfect lots to do and lots of places to eat.

We try a different use Hilton as our go to for stays on our trips. But yet again, Hilton dropped the ball here, and hard. First off, they are renovating the hotel rooms by removing all of the jetted tubs. They are also renovating the pool and hit tub, which meant they were closed until further notice. None of this was disclosed until check inand ONLY because we asked what the hours were for the pool and hot tub.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean & comfortable. The “Garden” was in terrible condition. The weeds have taken over the garden. The Hilton Garden Inn flag is faded and torn. There were three windows leaking water from the heavy rainstorm we’d had. These windows were in a main hallway where the elevators were. There were towels that had been placed along the windows and on the floor. The impression I received was that the owner of the hotel doesn’t care and/or doesn’t have the money or doesn’t want to spend the money to repair the windows and landscaping. Also there might as well be no food service because of the limited hours. There’s no complimentary breakfast or coffee like most hotels offer. I would not stay here again.

Everything was great
The room was very clean! I have anxiety booking rooms because my main thing is cleanliness. We had no issues and would definitely stay here again! It didn’t effect us but if you are looking to swim the pool is currently down.

Memorial service gathering
The staff was courteous, professional, and very nice. The hotel does need the upgrades it is getting. The room was mainly OK, although the bed was not great. My only real complaint is lack of closet/shelf space. If you are staying one night & living out of your suitcase the room was fine. We were there four nights for a formal occasion. It was difficult to unpack and keep our clothes neat. Also, bring a book, because the TV situation is pathetic.

Hallway carpets stained, couch VERY uncomfortable, No shower gel in shower, shampoo and conditioner were full, were awakened three times by room next to us alarm clock (they really like the snooze button) starting at 4 a.m. Then at 5:00 it sounded like the garbage truck arrived. When checking out asked the girl at front desk about alarm, received a blank stare and were told it wasn’t a fire alarm.

This place needs an update badly. There was construction going on, which was never advised during booking, so a bunch of things were closed off. The room wasn’t necessarily dirty, but felt as though it was not cleaned very well. The entire place is in need of an upgrade. The rooms were well worn.

The reason I booked this hotel over another at the same price was the pool. When I arrived it was closed for renovations. No where did it say it was going to be closed or I would have booked elsewhere
