As for breakfast, Hilton Garden Inns no longer include breakfast in their lowest rate, it's an option that is available both on our website and our partner websites as well. The pool closure was not listed and we're so sorry, we were only able to post that to our brand website and our social media. Please reach out to our front desk supervisor Denise if there's anything we can do to remedy your less-than-ideal memory of your stay with us!

Good Morning Diana, We were made aware of the issues you faced at check in and promptly took care of the situation. The pet fees for our property for up to 2 animals is 75 per day and up 125 per stay. Our Front Desk agent has been reminded about policy and we do apologize for any inconvenience however you have been refunded as she was unaware as to how to go through the process. You've also spoken to our front desk manager and guest assistance so though we appreciate your feedback you have been taken care of in everyway possible. If you have any further issues do reach out directly! Thank you so much!Also please note cancellation policy with your 3rd party, their policies are not ours!

Shannon we're sad to hear that your experience during your stay was not up to par, our on-site restaurant hours have been limited for the holiday season with them listed at the entrance to the restaurant area, we also do offer libations and food in our Shop for guests in need of food or beverages while we're not open. We take pride in presenting our guests with an excellent experience and are saddened to hear about yours.
