It just reopened so everything was new, pool was closed. Fantastic breakfasts. Didn’t like the new beds, comfortable but they have a metal skirting that we keep banging with our feet.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Pool and games room were great for the kids. Fun and safe spaces for a weekend break. Breakfast bar was great too. Hot and fresh food available, well maintained and restocked often.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was chilly when we arrived. Lady from the front desk came up and reset the thermostat/ window heater in the room to ensure we were comfortable.Staff were always cheerful and helpful. Only negative was the tiles on the floor in the bathroom needed regrouping. The hot tub was not functioning for our stay either. The pool is warm and the kids loved the water slide. Across the street from BP’s next door to Tim Hortons and Dairy Queen.

Booked room for the water slide but we were not allowed to use it. Paid extra money so my grand kids could use the water slide and then we were not allowed to use it. What a crock. Said it was a law but I looked on line it was not a law just laziness on the hotels park as how they choose to monitor the pool. Very disappointed and I would never stay in a Wyndham hotel again

Property is very well kept in the common area. In the room in which we stayed, a hook was missing in the bathroom and the holes in the bathroom door had not been filled. Reason given was that the missing hook had been ordered. Hooks are readily available locally. Also good old mold around the drains should be addressed. Cost therefore of the room was too high.

Great hotel, convenient location!
Great hotel, conveniently located between Calgary and the mountains with access to Kananaskis country. Buffet breakfast was great with several hot and cold items. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable. Walking distance to Boston Pizza and a Tim Hortons is next door. Would certainly stay here again.

We arrived late but were well looked after and the front desk clerk was very pleasant. Room was very clean and beds comfy. Very quiet stay even though it was only for one night. Lots of plug ins and USB ports for our devices which we rarely see in other lodgings. Bathroom was very nicely appointed with newer updated Kohler fixtures. Would definitely stay again.
