Nous avons bien aimé cet hôtel qui était à proximité du centre-ville. La chambre était propre, le personnel très courtois et la nourriture était très bien également. Stationnement à un prix raisonnable et wi-fi gratuit est un gros plus !

When we arrived we were not greatest just asked for credit card and photo id . Check in was easy but no info about breakfast times or where to go or even that it was included in our reservation . Nothing about coffee or tea availability I saw you had and Forget about telling us to enjoy our stay !! Water power was so weak I could barely wash the shampoo out of my hair ! Cleaning service was so loud when cleaning other rooms it was so annoying when I was trying to relax in my room ! I do t think this hotel is for me ! Oh they charge 14. For parking and I see a special from lot charging other people 10 !

The man at front desk attendant was extremely rude and very disrespectful to our entire party. We checked in at 4pm and asked for adjoining rooms since we had 2 rooms (7 ppl) 2 adults and 5 grandchildren for a Christmas / holiday outing. The other assistant at the desk was about to assign us adjoining rms when the man interrupted and said we booked thru “other website” (Expedia) so they had no available adjoining rooms. He also failed to inform us there was a continental breakfast before checkout in morning, the time or even where it would be. I had to ask!! Our room keys had to be reset 3 times (every time we left our rooms). This man was a poor representation of Comfort Inn and his hospitality skills were far from professional and should be reprimanded. Our grandchildren even remarked about how rude he was to our party. He certainly is not someone who should be working at front desk or even in hospitality service.

It’s a nice stay for a weekend trip and was within walking distance of a lot of things we wanted to do downtown. However, Our room had a conjoining door with the room next to ours and we could hear them talking during the night as the noise came from the space under the door. The outside traffic noise was audible during the day, but was quiet at night. The breakfast is basic, but I like that they actually leave all the foods & stuff out until the end of breakfast (9:30) as other hotels I’ve stayed at have been eager to cleanup and start hauling things away well before breakfast ends.

This is the 3rd time we stayed at Comfort Inn in Cleveland while attending Dave Koz Concert at Playhouse Square. Very happy with the friendly Staff and wonderful Service, very clean and only a few minutes to walk to Playhouse Square and Restaurants in the Area. Will definitely stay again at our next Downtown event.

The room was clean and everything was in working order. The staff was friendly. My only gripe was that the bathroom is a bit snug and the hot water in the shower took a minute to get where it needed to be.

Was very close to everything but property was a little outdated and needed some upkeep. I would stay again though if on a budget. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
