Hotel et personnel très accueillants.
Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. La situation géographique permet d'accéder à la ville en moins de 20 minutes en traversant un Parc, et nous sommes en centre ville.

This is a beautiful property right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to the Botanical Garden. Close to the airport for departure. Staff are well trained and professional. The room and property are very clean and interesting.

ホテルは、とにかくガーデンがきれいです。3泊しましたが、朝食はもちろん、夕食も全てホテルのダイニングでいただきました。ダイニングからのガーデンの眺めが素晴らしかったですし、お食事もとても美味しかったです。 賑やかな観光のエリアから離れているのですが、私達は、ホテルを出てすぐの公園を30分ぐらい歩いて横切り、中心地まで行きました。公園自体が素敵なので、気持ち良い散歩で、苦ではありませんでした。帰りはバスを使えば大丈夫でした。 町中のホテルより、静かで、クライストチャーチらしい雰囲気のあるとても良いホテルでした。 一つだけ言うと、エアコンの調節ができず、少し寒いときがありました。

This hotel is beautiful and very close to the park. It is about a 30minute walk thru the park to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There isn’t a lot of places to eat close by, we were prepared to walk to the city centre for meals. The botanical gardens in the park were spectacular.

Beautifully presented, clean hotel with extremely helpful staff. Lovely choice of breakfasts each morning. 20 minute walk through the park to reach the town centre but worth the walk for the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Throughly enjoyed the Tram Ride, Gondola for breathtaking views and punting.

Loved the pool and park like setting with beautiful flower gardens. A bit of maintenance on the buildings is required, but it did not take away from our very wonderful experience.

Property wasn’t as nice as the pictures. It’s across from Hagley Park but on the opposite side of the gardens and sites. We walked 3 miles to walk to and from these areas.

Nice hotel with a clean room. Swimming pool is tiny and not many sunbeds / seats (less than 10). Given the size of the hotel it was very busy and we had to leave our belongings/towels on the floor. The city is walkable but about 40 mins to get there. Breakfast and food choices are basic. In honesty i expected a bit more from doubletree.

The only downside I have found is check-in time. It is so late I have had to book the day before to ensure the guest or myself can ensure we can go straight to our rooms. International flights reach ChCh frequently during the morning hours. I have been staying with this hotel for almost 2 decades and would love to see an earlier check-in.
